Yes, I am aware of the fact that I am 16 years old. No, I am not too old for trick or treating.
WHO DOESN'T WANT FREE CANDY??!
I will have you know that my friend and I got only like 3 surprised looks/comments about being oldish.
My friend was Captain America and I was The Winter Soldier. It was awesome, but like nobody knew who I was....
"Oh! You're Captain America! Who are you..?"
I wore my costume to school because, you know, why not. A handful of people appreciated my costume without me telling them who I was, so that made me happy. (When I took the picture I didn't spray paint that elbow piece yet, so that's why it looks off)
MARVEL GEEKS UNITE!!!!!!
Oh, so my "metal arm" is made of a plastic bag and duct tape. I found a tutorial on YouTube, and this lady is AMAZING. If you want to make your own Bucky Barnes costume, here's the video:
(There's a separate video for a jacket and mask, I didn't have time to make those...)
This lady also does costumes for Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and a bunch of other stuff. Check her out!
