Death Lurks In The Shadows

As Mike entered this paranormal habitat he notices that the place is extremely run down. The place looks like a modern mansion however the place is made of what appears to be rotted wood which inhabits the little green weed known as moss. Mike closely observed the place and notices a picture if what seems to be the family that once lived within this place.
                    The mysterious picture showed a middle aged man, what appeared to be a young woman and kids. The family looked happy together until Mike noticed a faint noise. The noise sounded like footsteps but with a walking stick. This mysterious noise was soon followed with an ominous blue or maybe white glow (it's too dark to tell). The one thing that scared Mike the most was how he could hear the sound of something being swiped or slashed. At this very point Mike could feel his sins crawling on his back.
                    The shadow on the wall showed that there was definitely something or someone there. The figure seemed to have wings of an angel but a scythe with any many patterns on. These made it difficult to decipher what this paranormal being was.
