Sirens were heard. But they halted soon.
Medics ran in. They took Jin and placed him in a stretcher.
Policemen were discussing. Trying to get Yoongi in a position to cooperate.
And Yoongi?
Just wished,
That,
They'd all just shut the fuck up.
Yoongi had held Jin's head dearly in one arm while his free hand occupied his phone. He fumbled around with the contact list yet it was hard to focus on it as he kept glancing very often to see how Jin looked.
But eventually the guilt outweighed the desire to be next to a friend and that's how, Yoongi ended up sitting on a bench.
His phone blowing up incessantly. It annoyed the shit out of him but he did nothing to bring them to a halt.
His sobs cake to an end and so did his words.
One policewoman stepped out from the small circled conversations of the police officers.
She got herself seated, carefully next to Yoongi, leaving a little gap between them. She kept glancing at the depressed guy before staring forward at the crime scene before her.
She opened her mouth and tried to lighten the atmosphere despite his phone blowing up.
Not to mention again, the keyword: Tried
"Min Yoongi... right?" She glanced at him, putting on a weary smile although it did nothing, "I'm very sorry that you had to witness all of this-"
"Witness?" Yoongi spoke, bangs dripping down his forehead covering his eyes as he focused on his guilt.
"I didn't witness a shit of this whole bullshit..." Yoongi gritted through his teeth "Those fucking bastards are gonna pay..." The woman sat still, not daring to move, allowing Yoongi to continue.
"I shouldn't have paid attention to your stupid law signs..." Yoongi admitted, "I Should've sped off and caught those.. damn delinquents myself." he said breathlessly, "I would've killed them, no matter how many there were, I'll kill every single one of them who did this..."
The woman just listened, she was completely at loss of words.
As a police officer, her duty preached her to defend and reclaim justice for people without hope and most important part of that oath remained to do all of that following necessary law and order. Yet, the person sitting next to her, musician-idol just seemed to know only what he desired to know.
And he desired for blood, blood of the culprits.
Scared yet not budging to move, she decided to talk. "My little sister. Really... Admires-No Loves your music more than herself." She attempted a small laugh, "She'd never stop going on about how she loves every single one of you, and she really yearns to meet you all one day..."
She pulled out her phone, Yoongi glanced his eyes sideways, still not daring to look up.
"This is her" She smiled and showed her lock screen. A young brunette haired girl, hair cut evenly to her shoulders, looked about fourteen or fifteen, heck, she seemed taller than Yoongi. "Her name is Sung Mina, Mina for short."
