Taylor's POV
Y/n just saved my life I yelled "y/n!" I called the ambulance people that saw it helped lift her I road in the ambulance with her when we got to the hospital they took her back I called my mom she said "yeah Taylor?" I said "y/n got hit by a car we're at the hospital can you guys come please I need you guys" she said "on the way Taylor" 10 mins later I was sitting down with tear going down my face my family care Chris sat next to me my dad said "tay what happened?" I said "um we walked to the ice cream shop we got ice cream we were gonna go just lay in the field but as we were walking across the cross walk a car came speeding towards me but y/n pushed me out the way so she got hit instead" Chris hugged me he said "shh tay it's not your fault she'd save your life anyway" 5 mine later a doctor came out he said "family of y/n" we all stood up he said "she's lucky the only damage she has in a mild concussion, a broken wrist and a couple cuts and bruises but that's it and I'm guessing your Taylor?" He looked at me I nodded he smiled he said "she regained consciousness when she got here all she kept asking was if you were okay" I smiled I said "can we see her?" He said "yeah room 305" we all went there the only person not here was Lauren but we didn't really noticed I walked in there when I saw her I felt my knees go weak I felt 2 people catch me I saw it was Dinah and Camila I walked over there I kissed her head Dinah said "you really do love each other don't you?" I said "yeah our 1 year and 7 months is coming up soon" I smiled Chris said "do you guys remember that day you came from her and y/n were dancing and at the time y/n was with Lauren?" They said "yeah why?" He said "the walk that we took was when she told me shes was falling for Taylor and here they are now" Camila said "if anyone's perfect for y/n it's Taylor" her doctor came in he sighed and shook his head I said "do you know y/n?" I nodded I said "yeah almost a year and 7 months" I said "she's the best thing that's ever happened to me when will she wake up" he said "actually in a couple hours when she wakes up her throat will be dry so give her water and get the nurse to give her the medicine for her headache she'll have the cast on for as least 4 weeks" I nodded he left I said "Dinah and Camila stay with me can everyone go get food please?" They nodded they left it was just me, Dinah and Camila I said "you know my favorite memory of us will always be the first time we danced together I remember that day clearly she had just got home from a meeting and I got home from school we were stressed and the music was playing she had grabbed my hand and started dancing my parents just watched us and smiled we always looked at each other with love in our eyes she's always been my everything she always supports in everything she was always with my parents at my soccer and basketball games we always go to Chris's games together she always made sure she was there" Dinah said "you know she wants to marry you someday?" 3 hours later I heard someone groan I look up and saw y/n opening her eyes I gave her water and the pill I smiled she looked at me she said "tay what happened?" I said "what do you remember?" She said "I remember going on a date with you to the ice cream shop then we were walking across the cross walk and I pushed you out of the way" I said "you saved my life babe" I went up to her and kissed her the doctor came in She saw his last name she was shocked she said "are you related to me?" He said "yeah I am I'm your uncle your dad was my brother he kept you away from his side of the family though so I didn't meet you until now" she hugged him

Everyone was here but Lauren Taylor went to get a drink I said "so Can I marry your daughter?" They looked at me and chuckled they said "y/n you know you can we will always give premission" Normani said "she asked in the most casual way she said so Can I marry your daughter? Like people are usually nervous she says it like it's an everyday thing" we all laughed tay came in i said "BABYY I MISSED YOU WHERED YOU GO" she said "I missed you too babe and I literally went to get the drink you asked for" I smiled and kissed her I said "when we get married were dancing to all of me babe" she smiled and said "always"
It's been 3 Days since I got out of the hospital I wanted to go buy a ring for Taylor because I plan on doing it on our anniversary Taylor was sleeping right now I went and woke up Clara and Chris I walked down stairs I said "were going to the mall I need to get a ring we will get coffee on the way because if we don't Clara you might try to kill Chris" she chuckled we got Dunkin and then went to the mall we walked to Pandora I said "im looking for engagement rings" they showed me where they are I saw one that stood out I showed Clara and Chris I said "what about that one guys?" They looked at it and they both said "she'll love it" I said "how much is that one and what size is it?" He took it out he said "it's 4 grand and it's a size 7" I smiled I said "perfect I'm gonna get that one" we rung it up he said "okay it's 4,105" I gave him my black card he rung it up and bagged it I took it home and I hid it in my car where she won't find it we walked into the house everyone including Lauren and brad were there Taylor immediately jumped on me she said "babe where'd you go?"
