Chapter 10: Text Messages and Sunrises

Tzuyu's POV:
My head was spinning, and my heart was pounding. My throat was unusually dry, and I couldn't stop thinking about my dream. I think that I like Mark... The way he smiles makes me smile; when he talks to me, it's as if we're the only two people left and everyone disappeared. He was incredibly handsome, charming, nice, and talented.
After staying in my bed for another 5 minutes, I decided to get up. Grabbing camo jeans and a fitted black top, I headed out my room. As usual, Dahyun and Chaeyoung were still asleep, as was the rest of the members. Alone, I went to grab a chocolate chip muffin and pour some green tea. Then, I sat down, scrolling on my phone. 10 minutes later, a ding! from my phone popped up.
Hey, are you up? I'm boredd - Jungkook
Aish you woke me from my beauty sleep >:( -Tzuyu
I decided to joke around with him, as I too, was bored.
Aigoo I'm incredibly sorry my dear. Thing is, you wouldn't have gotten any beauty sleep anyway:)) -Jungkook

I slept early last night, so I guess I'm awake now. Everyone else is still sleeping so I have nothing to do- Jungkook

The sun sets soon, do you wanna go the beach? - Tzuyu
     Alright, should I pick you up? - Jungkook
     Um, it's your choice -Tzuyu
     Okay, I'll pick you up in 10. See you soon -Jungkook
     Okayy, byee:) -Tzuyu
     I smiled; Jungkook was such a sweet guy. Any girl would be lucky to have him. I finished my muffin and got up to do my hair. Putting it into a messy bun, I glanced at the clock. It was almost time to go. Hastily putting on my sneakers, I headed out the lobby and waited for Jungkook.
      Several minutes later, Jungkook appeared in his company's car. He waved at me, and I got in.
     "I didn't know you drove," I said while waving back.
     "I recently got my license," he replied.
"Where are we going?" I asked.
"It's a surprise," he winked. Then, he turned on music.
"I found a love for me, darling just dive right in, and follow my lead," I began to sing. Ed Sheeran's Perfect is such a good song!
"I found a girl beautiful and sweet, I never knew you were the someone waiting for me," Jungkook sang. His voice was so melodious and soft; I had goosebumps when he sang. After we finished singing Perfect, the next song on the radio came on, and I immediately jumped up.
"GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG GUCCI GANG" I screamed. Jungkook groaned and shook his head at my glorious singing of Gucci Gang.
"Namjoon and Hoseok already annoy me enough with that song," he sighed with a big smile. I laughed in response.
"Oh look, we're here!" Jungkook exclaimed, and I turned my head in wonder. We were at the beach. Getting out the car, we walked up to the shore. It was still early in the morning, so it was dark. We just walked along the shore with Jungkook occasionally kicking the sand. We had a casual conversation with our constant jokes and songs. We kept walking until Jungkook stopped us.
"Hey, look at the sky," he said while pointing upwards. I gazed at the horizon of the beach and sat down.
"Woww, it's so pretty!" I exclaimed in wonder. The sun rise was beautiful, with different colors spread throughout the sky, "lets take a selca." I took my phone out and raised it to fit the sky and us. We smiled in the first one and made goofy faces in the second.
     "Wow, the person in the photo looks amazing. You look alright too I guess," Jungkook tried to say with a serious face. I immediately burst out laughing and smacked his arm.
     After talking for the next hour, we got ready to leave. The rest of the members were probably up at this time, so Jungkook drove me back to the JYP building. After thanking him, I headed up and changed for practice. We practiced our new songs for three hours. I was hungry by that time but the rest of the members weren't as they had ate breakfast much later than me. I decided to change back and grab something from the local deli. As I was walking in the hallway, I heard a sudden "hi Tzuyu!" and jumped. I turned to my right and found Mark grinning.
     "Aish you scared me!" I playfully yelled. He bowed and begged forgiveness.
     "Anyway, what are you doing?" he asked.
     "The other members ate breakfast a few hours ago whereas I ate like 6 hours ago so I'm about to get something from the deli for myself," I replied.
     "I just finished making too much chicken, you could eat with me if you want," he offered.
     "Oh sure, thank you!" I answered and we headed inside his dorm. I set my phone down on the table while Mark was getting plates. Then, I excused myself to go to the bathroom. As I was freshening up, my phone lit up on the table and Mark saw.
     Today was fun :)- Jungkook

Sorry for not updating in so long! School has been tough on me and I'm currently in the middle of midterms week:( I hope this chapter makes up for it.
