(Sorry for the late publishing)

I come home tiered and angry. Just when I am about to enter my room I find my dad standing there. Anger pulses through me and clench my fists and pursue my lips.

He says "Did you complete your work?" I nod in agreement. He continues "You seem to be tiered. Go sleep. Tomorrow Siddharth and his parents are coming to decide the engagement date."

I go into my room. I sit on the bed crying. How could my dad do that to me?

**************

I sit before Siddharth's parents who looked kind and generous like him. After a long discussion which I didn't bother his mother said "So we will have the engagement day after tomorrow."

My parents and their parents rise from their seats and shake hands and hug each other.

**********

Unlike my old one this engagement is a simple one with minimum number of guests in Siddharth's house. After we exchange rings we decide the date for marriage.

"Next month 12th would be the ideal day for wedding."

Just then Siddharth interrupts the priest and says "Can't we have the wedding a bit earlier. It would be better."

The priest and the others smile and the priest says "Ok in the next fifteen days there is a good day. 25th of this month."

Everybody agree so even I agree. The marriage is fixed. After all the guests have left we start towards our home. All the way I keep thinking about who the other man must be who killed Rishi.

We reach home. I go into my room and look at the note that Rishi wrote. I need to find out the real culprit and I swear I will.

COMING UP: "The photo with that note is gone."

I couldn't listen to the other person. I am sure he is angry with my dad.
