Chapter Five

Hermione was furious now, and would be god knows what when Harry answers her...since Fudge was even more furious, he beat her to it.

''Too bad, Potter we checked your wand before confistication and it clearly showed the killing curse shot numerous times'' Fudge shot back, Hermione got free of her thoughts's clutches and spoke kindly for the first time. ''We tested your wand, with Prior Incantem, and since unforgivables can't be used by any wand except your own, it's clearly you who did it'' Harry looked up at Hermione, in the eyes and then at Fudge.

Dumbledore felt Harry breaking the effects and was surprised by the strength of his will, and Dumbledore dared to make a move, the portion effect was over willed...but the portion affects the magic as long as it is in Potter's body...plus he didn't pee did he?..even now Harry would be telling the truth and answers to all asked and unasked questions as long as the counter isn't given.

''You stupid people never know anything, my Phoenix feather wand has a twin belonging to Voldemort so he can use my freely, he also can switch his with mine, but he used mine and I felt it in my magical core'' Hermione gasped, Mcgonigal frowned, Ron looked terrified, he finally had undergone the attitude change like Granger.

Fudge jumped to his feet, and without even thinking cast the Cruciatus curse on Harry, he strongly believed Harry was lying, ''Potter tell us the truth, oh you can die a painful death right here right now'' 

Fudge was about to make a deadlier move, when two Aurors came running in gesturing violently, ''Stop it, Potter's telling the truth, Deatheaters were whispering about Potter getting framed" Fudge didn't listen, until Remus disarmed Fudge and pushed him to a corner.

"I am the Minister of Magic and you will treat me with respect," Fudge demanded. 'How dare that half breed punk treat me this way?' he thought to himself. ''Sorry Fudge, but Harry's been innocent all this time, you made us throw him in Azkaban for 5 years..I don't care what you say I can kill you here and now for what you did, this war would have ended 5 years ago if not for you'' Remus lunged at Fudge but the aurors held him back. Ron was taken aback, he and his early behavior to Harry early kept him speechless and the same with Snape. Everybody seemed speechless when Fudge got up in a different mood.

''Well since this new evidence had been brought to light I hereby grant Mr. Potter a full pardon and grant him 7000 galleons for his grief and suffering." Fudge said in a pompous voice. Harry pulled himself together, and pushed off the final effects of the veritaserum...

''Really?...Money?...you think money can just piss off bloody years at Azkaban, it seems too late for that.'' Harry scowled.

Dumbledore sensed the portion effect's absence...It's now or never

"Harry I apologize. I did not think-" Dumbledore began.

"That is clearly evident Dumbledore, and just save it. What this world has done to me is beyond apologies and forgiveness." Harry cut Dumbledore short.

Hermione pulled herself together, she knew it, Harry was innocent and was now to beg forgiveness but Harry's tone seemt like she wouldn't ever get it.

"Then help us Harry," Minerva suggested. "After we defeat Voldemort we will make the people see what they have done. I promise you something like this will never happen again."

''Of course it's not going to happen again, I just bloody proved myself while all of you threw me, I thought you were the only people I had guess I was wrong'' Harry looked at Hermione and then at Ron and scowled.

''And in my opinion,even after I defeat Voldemort, it doesn't matter Voldemort did not put me in Azkaban. He only framed me for murder. It was all of you that put me there. If you had given me a trial none of this would have happened." Harry looked at Minerva and then at Ron,
