Alison:
After staring out the window for hours, I finally see them off in the distance. I count the figures while I wait.
One...
Two...
Three...
Four...
Five...?
Six...?!
Afraid to know who is with them, I crouch down, peeking out the window. When they get closer I see its a boy that looks older than me, and a girl way younger than me. Both look strangely familiar.
No...
Could it be...?
Xander and Sapphire!
I run outside squealing like a toddler. My heart just about burst with joy. I love them so much! But haven't seen them in forever!
I must've been to fast for Xander. Before he knew it, a random girl was screaming and crying hugging him.
His confusion is come to an end when Sapphire yells, "Alison!"
"Alison?" Xander pulls me back and examines my tear strained face. "It is you!" He says wrapping his arms around me. A growl can be heard behind us. I turn and and Mark, sending Xander a death glare.
"Awe...is Mark jealous because he hasn't gotten me yet?" He looks down and whimpers. Xander lets me slide out of his arms so that I can run to Mark.
"I missed you so much!" He says picking me up bridal style. I wrap my arms around his neck. "I know." I kiss his cheek.
When we reach the house Sophie offers to take Jeff, Chip, and Drew out for dinner. Which probably means we gotta talk about some serious stuff.
We all sit down in the Family room. Silence passed, dragging along dreadfully. Xander looks like he wants to get something of his chest, yet at the same time wanna hide something from us, from me.
Finally, he looks at Mark and asks, "Where do you want me to start?"
"The beginning. Why she isn't like us"
"It all started 18 years ago..."
