Sick? - Chapter 29

I woke up. I looked at Gabe and he was still sleeping.
Then I remembered tomorrow is his birthday and I still have nothing bought for him.
He started to wake up.

Gabe: Buenos Dias, mi hermosa!

Clem: Bonjour, beauté!

Gabe: What? Can you speak French?

Clem: No why do you ask?

Gabe: You just... Whatever.

I giggled but not because it was funny it was because I never learned French.
I actually don't know what that just meant what I said.

Gabe got in the bathroom and I still sat on his bed.
I thought how can I know something like that? I don't know anything about French... It's not just that. At history with Lee I knew the word from this Hangman game. And there was only one letter.

Since I know Gabe I started to know things that I didn't knew before.
Am I sick or something or do I have the X-Genes from X-men?
I don't know what's happening.

Gabe walked in.

Gabe: Are you ok? You look worried...

I don't know if I can tell him. He would probably think I'm a psycho or something

Clem: Yeah I'm fine.

I stood up and walked in the bathroom.
I looked in the mirror and saw I look exhausted.

I jumped under the shower and brushed my teeth and headed downstairs.
Gabe, Mom and Lee we're talking.

Diana&Lee: Good Morning Clem!

Clem: Good Morning...

Diana: Gabe told us you were acting weird. What's up?

Clem: I already told him. I'm fine!

I can't talk with anybody about this.

Lee: Clem you know you can tell us everything!

I sighed.

Clem: I'm really fine!

We started to eat. After we finished Gabe and I walked outside.

Clem: Alright What do you want to do?

Gabe: Uhm... Maybe play some soccer?

Clem: Sounds great!

Gabe walked inside to grab the ball.
After he got inside I saw 2 persons. I looked closer at them and realized it was Ben and Sarah. I quickly hid behind the fence.

Ben: Clementine Marsh is living here right?

Sarah: Yes I think so.

I had to cough. Oh shit...

Ben: What was that?

Sarah: I think it was behind this fence.

They walked behind the fence where I was.

Ben: Oh Clementine...

Sarah: Hey Clementine... We just wanted to say hello!

Sarah grabbed an egg.

Sarah: Do you like eggs?

I saw Gabe. He walked out and quickly walked inside again.
Such an asshole...

Sarah: Here I'll give you one egg.

She wanted to throw the egg.

Gabe: Stop it Asshole!

She turned around.
I thought he left me with them.
I looked at him and he had a taser in his hand. Aiming at Sarah.

Clem: Gabe help me!

Gabe: Give me the egg!

She gave Gabe the egg.

Gabe: Clem come here.

I stood up and ran to him.
He gave me the egg.
I was confused.

Clem: What?

Gabe: You can choose. Throw this egg at one of them. But we have just one.

I thought Sarah tased me but Ben tased Gabe. Both are assholes.
I decided.
I let the egg fall.
Everybody looked confused.

Gabe: What? Why?

Clem: It's my choice. Nobody have to get an egg in the face. Even if they are assholes!

Ben and Sarah turned around and ran away.

Clem: Where did you get a taser?

Gabe: I saw your mom hid it inside of a closet.

We started to walk to the soccer field but a man came out of Ducks house. It's his Dad. Should we ask him about Duck? Why he is disappointed?

(A) Go to him and ask him.

(B) Burn his mailbox.

(C) Ignore him.
