"Blake Nox. How would I describe her? Well, she is beautiful with her long black hair and dark make-up. Always fashionable with her black on black ensemble, her piercings. How many is there now? Your whole left ear, right eyebrow, lip and nose. The perfect 5'5 height. Not to mention how she's always "fashionably late" to everything. Keeps anyone on the edge of their seat waiting for the vampiress to enter the happy filled place and bring with her a dull unwanted silence. Her pale complexion is awkwardly amazing. Her piercing yet soft emerald eyes draw anyone, mortal or not, to her."
I rolled my eyes and playfully hit my best friend Raven in the shoulder. " Shut up Rave." I said, calling her by her nickname. I just need to fill out this homework assignment. And as much as I wish I could put it, I'm not a vampire." I said frowning. "One day" Raven said consolingly. " One day soon." She added as her knight of the night, Alexander Sterling, walked over and put his hands on her shoulders. She smiled and I couldn't help but smile too at seeing my best friend so happy.
"C'mon. The restaurant is going to be out of business by the time you're done talking." He said. I climbed into the back of the black Mercedes while Raven and Alexander got in the front. Alexander drove us all to Hatsys diner. I climbed out and walked in. I sat on one side of the booth whilst the two love bats sat on the other side. I stared out of the window at the moon that was rising higher with each passing second. I ordered a chocolate malt and some atomic fries. I snacked on them while playfully gagged at Raven and Alexander's cuddle session. "You guys are disgusting." They shrugged.
We talked for an hour and a half, and before any of us had realized it, it was one AM. "I'll get you guys home! I didn't realize the time. I'm just going to run to the restroom quickly." Alexander said, getting up and going into the men's room. Me and Raven shrugged. I started to gather my stuff as Raven went to the Girl's bathroom.
That's when he walked in. With his mismatched eyes, one blue, one green. His white hair with blood red tips as if they were dipped in blood. His eyes gazed around before landing on me. Our eyes stayed locked together for a while. I quickly looked away, I could feel the blush that was from my head to my toes. I quickly got up and left with Raven and Alexander. I looked back and he was still staring at me when I climbed in. But when I looked in the rearview mirror, he was gone. But something deep inside me told me he wasn't gone and he never truly would leave me from that moment on.
