the presence (chapter 1)

Elsa (p.o.v)

I wake up to the blurry sight of my reflection appearing onto the empty mirror across the room from my bed.I squinted at the brightness of the sun's beams of light,I literally crawled to my balcony doors,I opened them and I was soon welcomed by the calming breeze of the wind.snowflakes soon danced around my room almost as soon as I opened  them.it was almost like a presence was whispering something to the snowflakes,suddenly I felt a cold substance land on my nose...a snowflake in the middle of march!,I tried not to think about it too much. (A/N I bet you know who the presence is)

*knock knock*
I sighed and closed my doors to my balcony
"come in"

"good morning your majesty"greeted the woman.I turned around to see my main maid meredith
"good morning meredith"
"may I ask what would you like for breakfast?"she smiled.
"the usual please" I answered.
"as you wish your highness"
Those were her last words before she bowed and walked out of my room.

My attention soon went back to the balcony,I adjusted my eyes to my window and to see it was not even snowing outside as it was in the middle of july!

I went to open my windows once more..

*knock knock*

"who is it?"
"it's me Anna,your sister?! Remeber"
I held my stance and then slowly walked to the door handle, as my hand touched it was just about to turn the handle a flash back replayed in my mind from a couple years back...

-Elsa's mind/flashback-

A-wake up!wake up!
E-Anna go back to sleep
A-I can't the sky's awake so I'm awake so we have to play!
*Elsa pushes Anna off her bed*
A-do you wanna build a snowman?

End of flashback

Anna soon walked away from my door.I slid my back against it and sobbed into my knees.

BANG!

My windows flew open wide and snow started gushing around my room like a atmosphere of an endless symphony.

I panicked a little that it was in the middle of summer,and just reminded myself it's just me and my powers.

I went back to my bedroom window.but before I could move another muscle,a wisp of snowflakes flew past me.it was not normal that the snowflakes remaind in some sort of shape.the silhouette of snowflakes had then bumped around my room until it hit my book shelf.

The book rumbled like as if it was about to pour all book out of it.I stumbled back away from the bookshelf to the end of my bed.suddenly a book had fallen out.it was dusty and was bow covered in frost.but I blew the dust off the book and to see the title....

"the winter spirit"

(A/N hiiiiii well this is my first chapter from my very first book,I know it's short but there will be more soon.it like 3:15am and I'm so tired I will try to update this as soon as I can!I'd love to hear suggestions for this book and I hope you enjoy it :)
