Mike's pov

"What the hell mike" I turned and looked at Lucas I furrowed my eyebrows "what?" Inviting a stranger to the party really it's just supposed to be us three you don't see me bringing a stranger in here" "he's a nice person Lucas-" "HES NEW?! YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HIM YET" I turned facing him"WE'LL FIND OUT WHEN HE COMES LUCAS" Dustin went in front us "BOTH OF Y'ALL DIPSHITS SHUT UP" Lucas glared at me for a while but soon we stopped arguing.

I saw Mr Clarke at the end of the hall "HEY MR CLARKE GOT THE KEYS TO THE A.V ROOM?!" he turned and smiled he got the keys out and tossed them to me I caught them and started fiddiling with the lock until it opened. Dustin and lucas walked in before me and sat inside Lucas turned to me "so now what wait for the weirdo?" My smile faded "don't call him that like you said we don't know him so you shouldn't be calling him that." Dustin raised his eyebrows and stayed quiet. Lucas put his hands up "k Jesus".

-20 minutes later

Lucas got up frustrated
"Where the hell is he mike"
I looked at him "he said he would be here okay just wait" "oh he's coming? We're is he then because I don't see him" I sighed I got up and opened the door nothing.

I thought to myself maybe he just forgot and went home.
I turned back to Lucas and Dustin "let's just go to my house and play D&D" they both nodded.

I grabbed my bag and locked the room and right when I closed it I heard someone running it was will.

He looked at me and his facial expression had a look of sorry on it he furrowed his eyebrows "hey sorry I was late". "YEA 20 MINUTES LATE" Lucas got in front of him. "Lucas stop okay he knows he was late no need to push it". I saw will look down and I felt bad. "Will where leaving were going to my house to play D&D it's dun-"

"Dungeons And Dragons"

Will's pov:

"dungeons and dragons" I said
Mike looked at me "uhm yea you played it before" I nodded "used to always with my old friends and sometimes my brother." I smiled a little at the memories.

He smiled that's nice well now you won't be confused he laughed a little. "Come on follow us" I nodded.

I walked beside mike the whole time and I turned and saw Lucas glaring at me still. I turned and looked at mike. "Does Lucas hate me..?" He furrowed his eyebrows he sighed "he's just not used to new people thats all you'll be fine I promise." He smiled. I Smiled back.

I know I took forever but because I got stopped by someone and I didn't want to worry him by telling him that it was Troy so I stayed quiet. We ended up walking outside to their bikes.

Mike looked at me
"You can ride with me" I nodded and hopped on after he got on.
I wrapped my arms around his waist and I can tell he's not used to this because he tensed up a bit.
"Sorry". I said he smiled a little. "sorry I'm just not used to it". I nodded.

We rode for a while and we ended up showing up at his house. I got off of his bike and looked at his house and smiled.

"Come on in will" he smiled at me I smiled back. I went inside and saw them going to the basement. I followed seeing his mother and little sister smile at me and waving a little as I waved back I called my mom saying I  was gonna stay a little at a friend's house and I headed down the basement Mike got a chair for me and patted it I smiled at the kind gesture.

"Thanks Mike"I smiled still I was a smiling mess around this boy.
It's a rare thing from me. But I can't help it everything about him is just..I don't even know how to explain it but I don't deserve him at all or Dustin or Lucas even if he doesn't like me.

He smiled back I sat down he took out the stuff for the game
I smiled "whoa" he had taken this seriously and Dustin and Lucas looked more serious and smirks plastered on their faces I decided to get into my game face.

After a while the game got intense and we all were yelling over each other till it was my turn.

"YOU HAVE TO ROLL A 13 OR HIGHER" mike looked at me "WILL YOUR ACTION" mike yelled Dustin yelled at me. "FIREBALL HIM"
I smirked at Lucas and he nodded with a grin I rolled it and I got a 15
Lucas and Dustin cheered and I smiled widely " BOOM THE FIREBALL HITS THE DEMOGORGAN AND IT MAKES A PAINFUL RARHHH" I looked down to see how he fell on the floor dramatically I found myself loving him even more.

"DUSTIN CUTS OFF THE 7 HEADS AND PUT THEM IN HIS BAG OF HOLDING" I saw Dustin make a brave face and carry his backpack proudly I smiled. I watched Mike finish his dramatic scene and watched them all laugh and smile and Lucas came and hugged me while patting me on the back we all looked at each other smiling I knew Lucas didn't hate me after all.

This is were I belonged.
They probably don't love me.
But they like me I fit in for once.
