Y/N was the first one to wake up in the morning due to the sun shining brightly over her face. 'Not again...' she mentally groaned, sitting up. She decided to go home and make breakfast for Natsu. She slowly stepped over her sleeping friends and made her way out the door.

She looked at the clock nearby and it read 5:20 in the morning.

Y/N sighed, 'I've never woken up this early before...' she walked quietly down the stairs.

"Hi Y/N!" A voice said from behind her

"First master! You startled me." Y/N turned around and looked at her

"I'm sorry, Y/N." Mavis smiles sheepishly, rubbing the back of her head. "Why are you up early?"

"I don't know I just woke up." Y/N shrugged

"Wow that's so unlike you. So how have you been?" Mavis asked, jumping off of the table she was sitting on

"I've been well, how about you?" Y/N asked politely

"I'm okay, I'm just having boy problems, you know?" Mavis said

"Oh really? Who's the lucky guy?" Y/N asked

"Well honestly for me it's unlucky because I love Zeref. I just saw him yesterday. He's changed a lot, he wants to start a war soon." Mavis said sadly

"A war?" Y/N asked

"Yes he wants to end everything." Mavis said, looking at her feet

"Have you tried talking any sense into him?" Y/N asked "I have but... he won't listen." Mavis said

"First master I'm so sorry." Y/N said

"It's okay and call me Mavis, please." Mavis smiled

"Mavis. I'm very sorry about Zeref I hope you can talk sense into him before he starts a war. I have to be going now before Natsu burns our house down. Goodbye!" Y/N waved, running to the main entrance of the guild

Y/N, Natsu, and happy all went to the East Forest once Y/N arrived to catch fish at a lake nearby.

"It's a big one! It's a big one!" Natsu shouted, starting to get very excited

"Good job, Nat!" Y/N grabbed onto his shoulders and started to pull him back "What the hell?! Are we catching a whole submarine or something?!" Natsu said as the continued pulling with all of their might. 

"Happy don't just stand there! Help us!" Y/N said, pulling back

"Okay okay." Happy said, he flew behind Y/N and started to help pull. The three eventually fell back and the fish fell on the dirt, flopping around.

"Yes!" Natsu and Y/N high five

"Wow it's huge! I want it now!!" Happy starts to charge towards the raw fish, Y/N holds him by the tail

"Not so fast, happy! We'll split it." She said "Aww!" Happy groaned

"Okay so Y/N and I will get here..." Natsu starts a fire underneath the part he and Y/N will share "And Happy will get the raw part."

"Fish!!" Happy immediately started eating. Like a major slob in Y/N's opinion. She wondered if it was too late to trade him for a dog since they could do more. But, Natsu loves Happy so whatever. Y/N secretly loved him too no matter how much she scolded him.

"Should we take another mission soon?" Y/N asked Natsu, taking a small bite out of the fish.

"Yeah but Erza is doing an S-class mission. She won't be back for three days." Natsu sighed

"We could just go like we did last time." Y/N said, Natsu looked at her as if she was crazy "That's major suicide, Erza will kill us!"

"You guys didn't say that last time you dragged Gray and I to that cursed island." Y/N shot back

"That was Lucy's idea!" Natsu said

"Yeah right, Lucy isn't nearly as mischievous as you!" Y/N said, picking herself up and walking away.

"Hey where are you going?!" Natsu shouted

"Home, I'm tired." Y/N responded

Natsu sighed loudly and picked up a random blue flower. It reminded him of Lucy's eyes. He set it right by near him and started eating again with Happy. A large wind blew by and the flower fell into the river.

"Shit." Natsu leaned over and reached his hand for the flower in the river.

He stopped when he saw his reflection change. Instead of pink hair, he had pitch black hair. He raised an eyebrow and got the flower out before it could flow away.

He looked back at the reflection and saw Zeref smiling at him.

"Zeref!" Natsu shouted and jumped in the water

"Natsu! Zeref? Where?!" Happy's teeth chattered, holding onto his fish.

Natsu swam back up from the water and got out, completely soaked.

"Natsu where's Zeref? Why did you jump in the water?" Happy asked

"It's nothing, Happy. I think I had too much fish or something." Natsu said 'At least I still saved the flower to give to Lu.' Natsu sighed in relief

"Natsu! We gotta go now!" Y/N shouted as soon as Natsu and Happy entered their house.

"What? Why?" Natsu asked

"I received little information on the way here from Erza but-"

"She's back already? Why?" Happy interrupted

"She said that there's a group called Tartarus, a dark guild that worships Zeref. They attacked the Magic councils headquarters. Most of them are dead. Over a hundred citizens were killed by this 'Magic barrier particles'. Gramps declares war on their guild apparently." Y/N shouted from across the hall while getting dressed.

"Okay I'm coming Y/N!" Natsu said, heading to his room to grab a few things "Aye sir!" Happy said behind him l
