A little monologue I had just a moment ago, creating this quote.
Love is not a feeling. It's a choice. Love doest not fade, as it is not a color. It is a choice, that will be chosen.
Why is it not a feeling? Feeling is something abstract, too abstract. We can't see, neither control. Feelings fade, feelings bloom. Feelings can sometimes be mean. Feelings can make us numb. Love is not a feeling. Falling in love is feeling. A one moment feeling. Staying in love is not. It's never a feeling.
Love is a choice. A choice that's been made. It's been made upon our realisation. It's not something we make under consciousness. Staying in love is a choice. A choice that requires all the efforts and hardwork.
It is however a choice that must be made by two person simultaneously. Love is a choice that is very dependent. It can never be done by a person only.
Love is a very rare occasions. Falling in love is not, staying in love is. Not many people survive this choice. A lot stumble in the very early stage. A little whack, and there it goes. So, happy choosing everyone. Get yourself together, and choose wisely.
