'Holy fuck that's Jacksepticeye'

And here you were, a complete mess from traveling and your neighbours,  wearing a SPEED IS KEY T-shirt, carrying a JSE backpack with a plushie Sam poking out of the top. 'I look like an actual twat.'

Jack was giving you a funny look and you freaked out thinking you had taken longer than the actual twenty seconds you had been silent and for lack of a better reply, said, "Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmm yeeeeeeeeaaaaah?"
'What the fuck was that, (Y/n)?' You mentally facepalmed.

Thankfully he seemed to glaze over your pure fangirl moment. That only lasted a while, as he noticed your shirt and bag.

You decided it would be better to address you own attire before he had to. "Um, I... watch... you?" Seconds after the sentence had left your mouth, you realised how weird it sounded to tell someone you'd never met that you watch them. "No! Not like that! I mean-" You cut yourself off by covering your crimson face with your hands and groaning awkwardly.

Jack just smiled; he must be used to meeting people who have no idea what to do upon seeing him. And your reaction was better than some people's reactions.

"Nah it's fine. I know what you mean," he laughed. Your already red face deepened in colour and it probably looked like you were about to pass out.

"Um, c-can I, uh, g-get a picture with you?" You stuttered out.

Jack nodded. "Sure! What's your name?" He asked coming to stand beside you as you unlocked your phone and opened the camera.

"Oh yeah! It's (Y/n)." You both smiled into the front camera as you took a selfie. "Well I don't want to keep you," you said closing your phone and awkwardly stuffing it into your pocket.

Jack didn't seem to mind, but you knew if you stayed any longer you'd make an even bigger twat out of yourself than you already had, and you started to walk towards your apartment at the same time as Jack did.

You were both going the same way.

'I do not live next to Jacksepticeye, do I?' You shuffled along next to him awkwardly, silence hanging in the air. He was the first to break it.

"I guess we live near each other then," he fiddled with the key on his hand, which you assumed was his room key. There was a number on it you could just make out. 388. You looked to your own key excitedly. 387.

You almost choked on air. "I-... I think we're neighbours..." You held up you key for him to see.

"So we are!" He didn't seem as bothered as you were. Of course he didn't, he was the famous one.

As you approached your apartments, you spotted someone standing outside your door.

'Kittie fucking Lakes.'

"Seriously!? Twice in one day?" You didn't mean to say it out loud. Kittie turned to face you and Jack at the sound of your voice, and when her eyes landed on him, she blinked in surprise.

The surprise didn't last for long. Her eyes narrowed and she gave you a stare of pure hatred. It was quick, but you still caught it.

Instead of attacking you or something, she walked calmly over to you and Jack. "Hey, I'm Kittie Lakes," she said beaming up at him. "I'm a huge fan of your content." Her well spoken English accent only added to your desire to strangle her on the spot.

There was no way you were waiting for Jack to leave so she could stab you, so you attempted to excuse yourself. "I'll leave you to it-"

"Aww but I need to to speak with you as well (Y/n)!" Kittie eyed you evilly and grabbed the sleeve of your hoodie discreetly. You couldn't pull away from her because Jack would see, and anyway she had a strong grip.

Jack was oblivious to the tension between you and the stuck up teen, and talked with her for awhile. Kittie got a "front facing photograph" (Kittie-Language for selfie) with him and you both said your goodbyes to Jack who walked next door into his apartment, leaving you and her alone in the hallway.

As soon as she hear the door click, Kittie pushes you up against the wall. "I knew you were lying," she whispered in a dangerously low voice. "This won't be the last you see of me."

She let you go and you stumbled forward. As she pushed past you, you caught a mumble coming from her.

You shoved the key into the key hold on your door, ran in and locked it as fast as humanly possible. Leaning against it in case she decided to come back and kick it down, a disturbing thought occurred to you. 'I didn't tell her my name'

This made you replay what you heard her say as she walked away, and your eyes went as wide as saucers as you realised what she meant.

"It's time for a game of cat and mouse."
