Could it be love?

Chapter 4 ~

"Jenna! Come over here!" they all screamed at her. 

From far they could tell that she rolled her eyes. After talking really closely with the person she was with, she managed to leave him with a smile and started walking towards the others with a straight face and said, "How dare you guys interrupt me? Can't y'all see I'm busy?"

Alexis: "Well excuse us but its starting to get late and we need to start heading home." 

Joshua: "Yeah and I'm walking you girls." 

Jenna: "Y'all can go ahead. I still have some unfinished businesses that I have to handle as you could tell."

Alexis: "There's no way I'm leaving you behind. Beside you're staying for the night remember? And as far as I know, only I have keys to my house. Do you plan on sleeping under a bridge tonight?" 

Jenna: "Fair enough. Smmh let me just say goodbye then and leave my phone number on the way while I'm at it." she winked and walked away.

Soon enough Sana had already gone home when her parents picked her up. Joshua, Jenna and Alexis were walking together. It amazed them how Joshua lived exactly three houses away from Alexis and they barely met freshman year when they both couldn't catch a bus and had to walk home.

Joshua: "Ladies, how was the party?" 

Alexis: "It was pretty much fun I guess. I certainly like the part where I accidentally stepped on you." 

Jenna: "It would had been fun if we could've stayed longer and I could've kept talking with my new buddy." 

Alexis: "Did you even know his name?"

Jenna: "Yeah, his name is Bob."

Joshua laughed and said, "Yeah you just made that up."

Jenna: "Shut up before I hurt you." 

Alexis: "We've talked about this several times Jenna. I keep telling you that I don't want anyone to hurt you but you're allowing it to."

Jenna: "How? Tell me how?"

Alexis: "We'll talk when we get home." she said pointing at Joshua. She then giggled.

Joshua: "Oh come on! Why can't we talk now?"

Jenna: "Duuuhh because it's girl talk. We talk about girl stuff in bed with hot chocolate. Meaning no guys allowed!"

Joshua: "Can I join then? I like hot chocolate and the idea of being in bed with two ladies if you know what I mean."

Alexis: "And that's the main reason why we don't have boys so never in your life." she laughed and soon enough they started going their separate ways when they arrived to her house.

Jenna: "Bye Joshy!" 

Alexis: "Bye Joshua! Be careful!"

Joshua: "Bye ladies. Be sure to bring me some hot chocolate tomorrow morning and tonight's minutes of what was discussed." 

Alexis: "Yes boss. We'll have them tomorrow morning ready for you on your desk!" 

They both headed inside Alexis' house. Usually when they arrive late, they try no to make too much noise since everyone is asleep and they try not to get caught by her dad. Tonight, there was no need for all that. As the matter of fact, Alexis' dad was up watching TV. They both said "Hi" and headed to the kitchen for their cup of hot chocolate. While they were there, Alexis prepared a cup for Joshua and put it aside. Soon enough they headed towards her room upstairs and got in their pj's. 

Then the meeting begins.
