Chapter 36- Order in the Court

Your POV

"So. Do you have clear evidence that THE famous Scarlet Vorage would commit to such crime?" Jiyeon sunbaenim asked as I nodded. She knows very well that we did.

"We have more than one evidence, Jiyeon sunbaenim" I said firmly as Jungkook gave his phone to Jiyeon sunbaenim. As she listened to the recordings and the video footage of Scarlet attempting to kill me, Jungkook held me hand for reassurance and calming reason that made my heart flutter.

"This is great! With these purely true evidences, we can win this case easily" she said as I looked at her with a confused gaze.

"When are we going to the court?" I asked as she smirked.

"Tommorow"

I've never been to the court before nor have I watched news about the court. All I know is if we win this case, she'll be put to prison so that Jungkook and I can live happily. I was getting nervous just standing there as I played with the hem of my sweater. I look at BTS and ASTRO for support and I got it. I saw Jungkook as he gave me his reassuring bunny smile. Can you imagine? A famous kpop idol like me is inside the court room, trying to imprison a VERY famous sunbae just because we are fighting over a guy. That's just fantaaaaastic. Sarcasm.

I smiled at him back as I heard a door creak open. There, I saw Scarl- I mean, Da Hyeon wearing an orange suit with her hands chained behind her. Her hair is all over the place, her eyes are now a chocolate brown colour and she doesn't look like the most famous Scarlet Vorage anymore. She looks like the criminal from 4 years ago, Kim Da Hyeon.

Flashback

"Breaking news. A member from a girl group named Kim Da Hyeon, better known as EverG, is now a criminal! She attempted to murder another famous idol, Kim Jiyeon, because of an idol from EXO, Kim Minseok. She is now hiding somewhere around the streets of Seoul so we are now reminding all of you to stay on high alert" the reporter said as the unnies and I threw popcorns at the TV.

"That's boring" Jinyu said, throwing another popcorn.

"We already know that Kim Da Hyeon unnie is evil as fu-" Minju was cut off.

"Language" Naomi said as Minju nodded.

"Listen to your mother" Mina said as Yuna let out a chuckle.

"Let's all admit it, unnie. You're more evil than Kim Da Hyeon" she laughed as Mina came over to her and the both of them started bickering.

"Maknae- ya? You okay?" Soojung asked as I furrowed my eyebrows.

"Why do I feel... weird? I feel like that I'll meet someone like her in the future?" I said, unconciously.

"Hey. That's not gonna happen cuz we are surrounded by good peeps. C'mon! Let's practice so that we can debut faster!" Soojung stated and dragged me towards the center of the room to practice.

"Nae, unnie" I said while smiling, forgettig about my thoughts.

Flashback over

My hunch... it was correct? It was correct all along? I didn't know it will actually be correct. I am now facing with a criminal from 4 years ago, Kim Da Hyeon. Am I dreaming? Are they really the same person? It looks like she got some surgery done on her face. Maybe that's why she looks so... different.
