Bridget's pov :
The bus is empty, but it will fill up soon. Van and I came by train (A lot faster)....But, this will work too. This trip will confuse the others, Van will struggle to follow my trail.....You'd think a bus would be easy to follow. It's gonna stop at every town till, I'm back in front of my aunt's front door (She's gonna love seeing me! Not. Trust me on that)
But, no. It'll travel along windy highways, out zones/power-lines. There will be "electrical" interference. Open plains....The guys won't like that.
I squeezed my hands tight (Van please forgive!) He didn't want me to do this. I spoke to him, I asked him....I showed him my plans. He stared at me, shook his head (Folded his arms)....Gave me a sharp "No". Delaney and Silver agreed with Van (Silver even waved that bloody rod-thing at me) Ivy sat and chatted to me.
"..Mom's a bitch, Bridget. She will harm you. Stay with us. Stay safe..." She gently touched my arm.
"..I know what you hope to do. I understand. But, I'll help to do it another way. Don't make the vamp's have a temper tantrum..." She gave me a playful smirk (Rolled her eyes) But, I could feel through her grip on my arm, Ivy was scared for me.
India was the last to try. She sat right beside me, gripped my hand...."no mistress. stay. don't disobey. mr hellford punish you..." She went quiet, then looked me in the eye...."he needs you. we all need you. you keep us....safe.." Small tears were running down her cheeks.
(fuck! shit a brick! why am i sooo stubborn. because bridget dearest, you just are!)
A Black Blood Walks is superior. They do as they please. They know God. He's a good friend. I will bring hell on earth....Then, I will just smile!
(van. please forgive me. i miss not thinking about you, you watching me....keeping me in place. you weren't controlling me.....you were giving me focus. my mind was learning to "think" of others. not what i might do......next!)
The bus is full now. Everyone's sitting/moving bags/talking.....Settling for the trip ahead. I sit back in my seat, pull Van's hoodie firmly around me (I can smell him. I can focus on that. Stay sane)

India sat at the table....Hands facing down. I was gone. She was trying to think of what to say, how to explain.....If asked, she would not lie. A slave never lies. If they do....They die. Or they get something "broken"....Maybe they need it, maybe they don't. A master or mistress will decide. Tears were rolling down her cheeks.....She had been so obedient here, she did everything asked of her, followed every instruction.
Never questioned. Was grateful. We knew best. Our word was law.
India silently thought of each person within the small house....She loved and feared them all. Ivy was teaching her so many things, Silver corrected her/gave helpful rules to follow. Delaney loved her to bits.....He loved being with her, trying to heal her. He also wanted to know her better. Master Van....India covered her face, felt her legs shaking. Bridget belonged to him (His upmost prized person)
She had allowed a treasured person to walk out of the house. She hadn't tried to stop Bridget.
India kept swallowing....Her mouth was so dry. Her legs felt like jelly, she wasn't even sure she was breathing any more. When Ivy walked into the kitchen, India jumped....And, almost slipped off the chair. Then....Silver joined the two of them.
"...Twig girl. Very early to be awake...." Silver looked right at her (India tried to stand, collapsed to the floor...Then, scramble to her knees, finger-tips touching the floor) India shot a look up at Silver, then lowered her head. Ivy stared at India...."India! Get up!..." Silver bent down, gently lifted India's chin.
"..What's wrong with you? Tears? Why? Are you broken?...." India just shook. Punishment would happen soon. Things had been too good, for too long. India kept her breathing slow, when the first hit came, the first kick....She would be ready. Not scream. She just hoped they wouldn't hurt her head.
Delaney found Silver holding India, and Ivy feeding her, in the living room. India kept sniffing....Scared wide-eyes darting around the room. He instantly bent down in front of Silver...."What's happened?!..."
India hick-upped, sniffed (Wiped her cheek)...."sorry.." She slumped in Silver's arm.
"..It's my stupid cousin. Van is gonna hit the roof. Let's not tell him...." Ivy glanced at Silver.
"..I told her no! Mom's a bitch. She'll provoke the living shit out of Bridge. Bridget will do something crazy! I said, we would help/handle. Strategise a plan, work as a team..." Delaney nodded, raised his eyebrows...."Van had it all worked-out too. But, we're dealing with one God's consorts...." Delaney stood a little, reached his arms out for India.
"..I'll take her. She needs quiet. Reassurance. None of this was her fault. India won't understand yet.." Silver moved the thin woman to Delaney. He pulled her close to him, smiled...."Are you okay? No, your not. Let's talk. I know, what you need..."
India nodded..."you do? ummm....thank you..." Her eyes were red, puffy....Her arms flopped at her sides. Delaney was looking at her, touching her cheek gently.

Van's pov :
"..BBBBBRRRIIDDDGGGEETTT! NNOOOOOO! HOW?! WHEN?! WHERE IS SHE!.." Silver and Delaney watched me, arms folded......Waited. I was going to have to breath eventually. Maybe, I'd never breath again. Silver looked at her nails, flicked a glance at Delaney...."Is he finished yet? Can I hit him now? Or do I have to count to five? Ten! We didn't agree on ten! I said five. Then, I smack him one. Delaney! No fair!.." Delaney just rolled his eyes, smirk.
I yelled again, then glared at them.....Fangs showing. It didn't scare, or even faze them. Delaney even grinned a little. They then sat me down.
"..She is out. She is on a mission. She told you..." Delaney had a serious look..."Let's fix this. History will not repeat....But, let's not make this a reality either.."
