"Jinyoung."

"Jinyouuung."

"Mm"

Jackson rolled his eyes and sat up in his bed, looking at the sleeping boy. He smiled to himself but then reality hit him.

It was way too dark for comfort.

Jackson threw one of his pillows at the younger, earning a groan.

"What do you want?" Jinyoung mumbled, not bothering to open his eyes. Jackson chuckled and grabbed his other pillow, hugging it and resting his chin on top.

"I just...it's really dark."

"So? It's 3 in the morning." Jinyoung opened one eye but could not spot the older, it was just that dark. When he opened both, Jinyoung was met with pure darkness. It was quite chilling and he ended up getting goosebumps.

"Aish okay I'm really really extremely afraid of the dark..." Jackson whispered, hugging his pillow tighter. He wanted to run to Jinyoung, but he didn't know how he would react. Jackson felt so vulnerable.

"It is really dark in here actually." Jinyoung ruffled his hair and rubbed at his eyes, slowly becoming more awake and alert.

"There's no way I'm going to be able to fall asleep in this." Jackson whined, huffing as he laid back down. He snuggled underneath the covers and squeezed his eyes shut, hoping that he would end up falling asleep.

Jinyoung sighed and finally came to a decision.

"Do you...ah do you want to come in bed with me?"

Before Jinyoung could even regret asking, Jackson was already lifting up the covers and snugging underneath them. Jinyoung chuckled as he felt the boy lay at the edge of the bed. Wrapping his arms around Jackson, Jinyoung brought him to his chest so the two were now cuddling.

Jackson blushed and was actually glad that it dark. It was so different for him to be blushing, he rarely did. That's just one of the effects Jinyoung has on him though.

"Is this better?" Jinyoung cooed into his ear, smoothing down Jackson's messy hair. Jackson nodded his head, afraid of speaking since his voice would most likely break. Jinyoung continued to play with his hair, knowing Jackson was finally falling asleep.

Once he was sure Jackson had fallen asleep, Jinyoung finally let his eyes drift and his mind go blank.

"Goodnight, Wang gae."
