But, depending on the universe or whatever, your oc, for an example, couldn't have neon hot pink air and Rainbow eyes by birth, I mean, unless they're from friggin MLP or some crap like that. But still. If you need help, search up real hair colors/eye colors/ skin tones. And for the love of starclan, DONT USE NEON COLORS!!! I see this so much, and it violates so many things! First of all, it hurts peoples eyes, second of all, it never looks good. Just don't do it. Please.
