Personality (Must be descriptive): Luther is a very sweet and shy boy with a heart of gold. He loves making people happy, seeing someone smile or laugh because of him makes his entire day. He is very easily frightened, not trusting most things around him. He does like making friends and if he's in one of his outgoing moods, he'll approach someone. Otherwise, he's fairly reserved. He's terrified of being separated from his twin brother or any of his family. He is sweet and very curious, always wanting to know what's going on in the world around him. He views himself as weak and is very dependent on people around him.
Powers: He can always tell what emotions people are feeling and when he's upset, sometimes his emotions can radiate off of him.
Why They Were Taken (Defaults, medical issues, immaturity, lack of control over their powers, ect.): It was thought that Luther couldn't be a good ruler due to him being unable to communicate with most people.
