Personality (Must be descriptive): Devil earned his nickname. He's sly and crooked, having a darkness about him. He's very mocking and condescending towards almost everyone, as well as just being a complete jerk. He's cruel and manipulative, liking to play the part of the innocent boy, not that he usually succeeds. He is secretly quite insecure, so he overcompensates incredibly. He is an extreme flirt, but can be very sexist. He is very transphobic and a little homophobic, as the idea of it all makes him uncomfortable.
Powers: He can bend shadows and travel through them, but he isn't very good at controlling his powers.
Why They Were Taken (Defaults, medical issues, immaturity, lack of control over their powers, ect.): Devil was taken because he wasn't seen as leader material. He was too condescending and snarky. He didn't try to connect with his citizens at all as he thought of them as less than him.
