the part that I should not post

I have a confession to make;

I have been lying to you.

warning; negativity.

Life isn't all sunshine and rainbows. It isn't all sharing smiles and spreading positivity.

I have tried for as long as I can to keep any trace of negativity from this little book of ours. I have fought against negative words used to bring across positive meanings.

I have avoided the words "no" and "don't" like the plague. To avoid 'negativity' here, I have said no and no and no to countless quotes, images, messages.

That is not how life works.

Sometimes, to say yes,
we must first say no.

No, life is not perfect.

No, optimism isn't easy.

But yes, our conscience effort to improve it can make things better.

You will have tough days. Do not doubt that. Do not let them rob you of the positive mindset you will build up. If you try hard enough. If you push through the grit and the sweat, the tears and the doubt.

You can do it.

That's one positive that can not be taken away by this entry of negativity.

You can do it.

You can do it, just like I can publish this part. Because I am not perfect. This book is not perfect. But it doesn't need to be, and neither must you.

(Note: if it gets to the point where you doubt if you should post
"I love the way your eyes shine when you are excited."
in case it offends a reader who does not have eyes,
step back, and take a deep breath.

Trying to find faults in a good thing can take all the joy from it,

and that is not why we are here.)
