I was on the phone with Mackenna.

M:DRESS SHOPPING!? NO WAY.
B:but you need something to wear to the dance!
M: i HAVE something to wear to the dance.
B: Mackenna a button up long sleeve white shirt tucked into a jean skirt is not what you wear to a dance.
M: THEN IM NOT GOING
B: your going
M: no im not
B: meet me at the mall at 5p.m sharp
M: make me.
B: i'll buy you new tennis shoes
M:...
B: converse
M:...
B: blue converse
M:...
B: navy blue converse..Ill buy you a football and a basket ball too.
M: im already there.
B: GREAT SEE YOU SOOOOOOOOON
M:*sigh*

How did Kalsee know we were coming shopping? I asked Mackenna. I dont know, i was just leaving and i passed her and she was like -" im gonna meet you guys at the mall in a bit".
Yikes, i said. Trust me the is not one shopping trip that girl would miss, Mackenna scoffed. HEY GIRL HEEEEEEY! Yelled Kalsee approching us. Yo yo. Said Mackenna. Im just gonna go with the normal " hello" i said. We all laughed. First to Rue 21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kalsee squealed. But there is an actuall dress store right there. Mackenna said pointing to a Goodwill. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH! Me and Kalsee burts into laughter. I fell on the floor and she plopped into a nearby couch. And we should go shoe shopping at a petting zoo too! Kalsee wailed still in mid laughter. I wiped away a happy tear and stood up. Mackenna looked at us as if we just brushed out teeth with turtle shells. Ok lets just skip dress shopping at Goodwill for now. I said taking her am and leading her towards Rue 21. Why? Mackena asked. I get all my clothes and shoes at Goodwill. Even my dress clothes. Kalsee laughed so hard she doubled over...while still sitting down on the couch. M-Mackenna i said. Goodwill is cool and all but were gonna try and shop at Rue 21 first ok, then we can check your stores out. NO WAY! Kalsee yelled. Im not placing my toe in Goodwill-EVER! I blinked...look Kalsee i dont normally shop at Goodwill either but thats just mean. But you were just laughing with me! Kalsee protested. Thats cuz Mackenna thought that Goodwill was a dress store, and im sorry Mackenna for laughing at your ways, it was wrong and mean. Mackenna smiled at my apology. Psh! No way! Goodwill is just an old place with used ugly clothes! Kalsee yelled. Sometimes their not used! Mackenna said defensively. And im getting MY dress at Goodwill! Yknow what! Me too! I chimed in and me and Mackenna marched into Goodwill. Kalsee gagged in discust and walked to Rue 21. Alone.

When we walked in the old store, we went to the dress section. Mackenna found a gorgeous undamaged and un used dress-

It had a diamond top with a navy blue bottom. Then i found a beautiful red and cream dress. It was unused and also undamaged and still had the tag. It's from Rue 21! I exclaimed. Its very pretty too! Mackenna agreed.

When people ask us where we got our dresses from. Im not even gonna say the mall- OR Rue 21! I growled. Im saying Goodwill. Me too Mackenna said smiling. Although we SHOULD wash these dresses first..
Yeah, i agreed, lets go meet up with Kalsee at the food court and see what she got.

Look here girls! Kalsee said showing us a Gorgeous black dress she purchased for $199.99 andRue 21.

Yea thats pretty me and Mackenna agreed. Let me see what you 2 got Kalsee said smirking, expecting us to pull out rags from our bags. When we showed her our dresses her jaw dropped. Surley those were the same price as my dress though! She said. Nope, me and Mackenna said at the same time. We got them both on sale. 20 dollars for each. Kalsee almost choked on her own spit. Mackenna and i nodded in triumph. We are READY for this dance this Friday!
