Abusive Love

Sydney's POV:

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock blaring in my ear and a major headache. I lay there listening to the sound not wanting to get up. Soon though my brother, Tyler, walks in yelling at me to get my ass up out of bed. Throwing a pillow at him I roll off bed.

"Get out", I say simply.

" No, I don't think I will", he smirks.

Cursing him out under my breath I walk to the bathroom to get ready, but not before hearing him yell "slut", and walk out. I sigh and undress for my shower. I can't help but look in the mirror and point out my flaws. First, I poke my stomach and groan, why do I have to be so fat? Looking at my thighs I sigh, they were huge. I can feel the tears coming to my eyes, I mentally punish myself. I can't cry, crying only lets them think they won.

I slowly get into the warm shower and think about today. Hopefully, they won't be at school today but I know they will. They are always there, just to torture me. I don't even know why.

Sighing I get out and dry off. I toss on a sweat shirt and jeans not really caring what I look like today. I run out of the house, trying to escape my brother before the insults come. I make it out for the first time this week with out Tyler seeing me. Now maybe I can get a few minutes of peace.

Walking into school I regret it immediately.  They were there. I try to walk past them but Kaitlin notices.

"Stop slut", she snarls. I stop instantly. I know I sound weak but I know if I don't stop much worse will be in my future. I slowly turn to face her, she smirks thinking she has won. I look around and see Jake sucking his girlfriend's face off. EW. Ashlynn was his girlfriend and may I say, a slut. All they ever do is make out in the hall, and I don't even want to know what happens when they are alone.

"Look at me slut!", Kaitlin growls.

"Me a slut????????? YOU'RE the one who slept with the whole football team!" I do not know where all of the confidence came from but It felt good. I mean it was true, she has slept with the whole football team. Gross. I felt a stinging in my cheek the next second. I look at Kaitlin shocked but I don't know why, she has slapped me before.

"YOU DO NOT TALK TO ME", she yells and punched me in the stomach. I groan causing Jake to look over here. Shit. I have to get out of here.  I try to compose myself but Jake came to me fast.

"oh you're here, hoe", Jake says acting like I am not doubled over in pain. I ignore him not wanting to look into his beautiful blue eyes.

"Talk, hoe" he says,grabbing my face.

"Hey", I choke out. He just smirks feeling satisfied. He opens his mouth to say something else, but Ashlynn grabs him and starts to kiss down his neck making him groan. Awkward...

I walk around them and turn away see Kaitlin flirting with Tyler. When did he get here? Oh well, I walk to class waiting for it to begin.
