Alex was only four when this happened. He never saw his mother and brother until he graduated from college.

-Half British, half American. Since he lived in London his whole life, he has an accent

-Since he grew up with his mother, he had no fatherly figure to guide him. His mother was always at work so he never felt loved as a child and teen. His mother never allowed him to make contact with his father or brother
-Went to Cambridge University and studied business, having the dream of taking over his fathers company someday. While still in college, he fell in love with a girl and was going to propose to her after graduating until she died in a car accident. After her death, he became a drunk and started smoking
-Currently single
-Trying to take over his fathers company
-Jealous of his brother; hates him
-Seeks revenge
-Little does he knew that he and Emmaline share the same dark past.

-Works as an architect for big companies in New York
-Has three older sisters; youngest of the family
-Her family is well-known in the upper class society

*This books genre is mostly mystery and thriller with a hint of romance. I will write mostly through either Alexanders or Emmaline's point of view.
