"Im leaving now, Bye mum I love you!" I shout throughtout the dull  house.

" Bye sweetie make good choices" she appears in the hall, her dark long locks in a bun and her pink gown drags along the wooden floor .

" And remember be back before eleven." she reminds me for the 20th time tonight.

"Mum I know."  I groan rolling my eyes. My hand opens the door sensing her behind me I stop. Looking back  over my  shoulder at my over worked mother.

"I just worry about you Harry that's all." she frowns brushing my hair out of my face.

"Mum I am 20 years old, I am a man now. I don't need you to protect me anymore." I protest jerking away from her gentle touch.

"I know Harold. But I'm still aloud to worry about you." she sadly sighs.

Her hand falls back down to her hip and she turns away walking back into our small kitchen without another word .

Exiting the warm house I pull my coat tighter to my shaking body, the snow crunches beneath my boots as I meet up with my mates.

"Look who decided to finally show up!" A smooth yet rough voice teases.

My eyes light up looking into deep brown ones.

"Sorry my mum was being really protective tonight." I shrug looking at my friends.

"Yeah ever since word got out about the Jefferson's boy's..."

"What ever happend to those young lads?" Liam asks taking out a smoke.

A low irish voice speaks, "Rumor has it they went into the woods late one night by owl creek, They got lost and a demon blood sucker killed them. Draining their blood out of their body's and hung them in the trees as a warning. legend says whoever enters those woods, never return."

My breathing stops and my chest tightens. "Bull shit."

All heads snap towards me. "Bull shit." I repeat.

My hands slip into my slacks that are held up by suspenders.

"It was suicide. They hung themselves." I simply state kicking a rock.

"Alright if you don't believe me why don't you go in there  yourself?" Justin challenges.

Cocking his eye brow, his bright blue eyes sparkle in the dim moon light.

A sick smile forms on his lips as he narrows his eyes at me.

"Forget it." I say. There is no way I will ever step foot in those woods.

"Wuss." he smirks making my blood boil. "Are you scared Harold? Do you need mommy to hold your hand?"

"No." I growl feeling my cheeks heat up.

"Well go on then." He says pointing past my shoulder.

I turn and see the edge of the woods and a small stream.
