Something was burning,I couldn't tell what it was...
But I knew it was burning.
I helplessly tried to move my arms, tug on the rusty sensation lapping against my wrists but it was all too late...
Chains covered my body, I was left a dying animal being pulled away by it's owner to rot.
I was crying, but I wasn't crying. It was too painful to cry.
But I was crying...
I still had fragments of energy, wavering away at the seams it may be but I still had it. Energy.
I used those last scrapes of energy to pull at those chains one more time...
But I didn't move forwards, I fell far backwards. I screamed and screamed but all was left was a groggy screech of sound, not words just a high pitched squeak. As if my ability to speak was taken away from me.
I pulled on the chains one last time, but that last time was weak. I was being pulled away.
I desperately looked up and saw you standing there. Zero emotions in those cerulean eyes, no light, no depth. Just darkness... emptiness.
I'd try and reach out to you, grab your hand and let you take me away.
But we were both to late...
I was burning...

My eyes widened as I forced myself from the ground almost immediately, panting painfully as I did. What? What was that nightmare?
I looked up to the ceiling, still feeling drips of sweat pour down my face. I blinked slowly a few times trying to get back into the real world. My vision was still slightly messed up from the small drops of water moving around in my irises, and my hair covering half of it in the first place. I moved my hand and wiped it over my forehead, doing my best to get rid of the sweat and getting the strands of pink hair out of my sights.
I then looked to my side to see Rin still fast asleep. I smiled and moved the stray hairs from her face to the sides around her. A sigh then fell apon me as I looked to see if Miku was still there. She wasn't though, it make me look around the room in search of light teal hair but she was no where to be seen. I took in a deep breath then did my best to stand up And begin my small look for her.
Easily enough for me, Miku was stood in the kitchen making to what I assumed as breakfast. I wasn't too sure of the time but it was at least past early morning.
"So are you a morning person then?" The tealette beside me jumped slightly at the out of place sound and turned around to meet my gaze. Her posture then softened quickly as she walked toward me and planted her face between my chest.
"I didn't think I was a morning person, but eh you live and you learn" I smiled and patted her head as she moved up from me and stretched a little. "So what would you like for breakfast? I got up thinking of making you something nice but then I couldn't think of anything you would really like, so please do tell me your preferences"
