One Ray Of Light Is Okay

For once I wasn't woken by a loud screeching sound intensifying down my ear drums, it was the simple sound of my phone. The slow ring tone went off for a bit before almost waking me up "Uhhh... five more minutes..." I rolled over and grabbed my phone with the clock saying it was 5:30am
I looked down to the contact name on the screen; it was Rin calling me.

I slid the answer option and put the phone to my ear. "Rin why the hell are you calling me at 5 in the morning?" I asked in a sleepy voice eager to get my last bits of of sleep.
"Open the door" Wait did she just say "luka open your door please" Yep she did. she was at my house now loadly banging on the door at half five in the morning."Rin I swear to God..." I whispered as I ended the call as rolled out of the bed and crawled down to the front door. I unlocked the key and fell back to grown trying to just fall alseep I the floor.

"Uh Luka are you dead or?" She leaned down to touch my head but I wafted her hand away and simply said "Yes I am now go away I need sleep" I pulled my head up to stare at her also blue irises looking down on me. I gave her a 'if you don't have a good reason to be here I will kill you' kind of look.

"Okay so for you it may be a bit early, but this is normal for me" she slammed the door behind her and grabbed my forearm yanking me towards the kitchen. "Now i was going to come here anyway so I could ask you something but that doesn't matter anymore, SO" she paused waiting for me to fully face her, I turned my eyes and face to be directly looking at her.
"Okay so what do you have to tell me?" She stared at me for a bit and and then sat down I front of me, she scooted herself so close to me her nose was touching mine, I could see every detail of her ocean orbs,

"Luka." I halted and looked back into her eyes, "do."
"Yes?
"You"
"Yes??"
"Like"
"Yes??!!"
"Miku." And then we were both left in complete and utter silence. I kept staring at her and she didn't seem like her line of vision was going to change any time soon, so I just moved back a little and open my mouth before I could speak was silenced by Rins laughter.
"H-hey what are you laughing at?!' I gave her an annoyed look and turned my head to the side facing away from her.
"No no okay I'm sorry r-really, I mean you obviously like her to some extent right?" She said between breaths of laughter, I didn't really know what she ment like of course I like Miku she's really nice, but just like I like Rin and Len. she doesn't mean it in any other way right? Well this is Rin so maybe.

"Well I mean of course I do, I like her just like I like you and Len, is there something else your trying to say or was this just a waste of my sleep-day?" Rins joking looking face almost disappeared immediately as she looked back at me with a stern face, what is it with people and having such different facial expressions all the time?
"Actually there was something else I really wanted to tell you properly, beside from my little shipping thing there..." eh shipping what's- my thoughts were interrupted by Rin continuing with what she was saying.

"Listen I saw Miku at about 12ish last night when it was raining, a bit after we all stoped talking on the group chat... she was just stood in the rain looking forward, I-I couldn't tell what she was looking at but she looked freaked out by it, she then looked at her phone and turned her direction completely backwards and sprinted off into somewhere into the darkness... I was going to run after her but, it was too risky out at that late come on right?" She looked worried and turned from looking up down and into my eyes. "she was at yours yesterday right?" I looked down and started to panic a little bit then, was that something to do with her dad or...?

"I mean I'm trying to get you worked up! Like you guys are sort of close now right? You should ask her when you see her in class!" She smiled and pulled me off the floor instructing to me get changed even though it was still super early. Soon after I thought I'd just make our breakfast since she told me she hadn't actually eaten anything before getting to mine, It was nice since I'd be eating with someone else again, not just another boring morning by myself I was glad really.
