Chase's tournament

After Chase completed his training to get stronger.

Chase: " Those training exercises were quite impressive. More than I expected, masters."

Ziro: " Did you learn everything you needed to become stronger?"

Chase: " Yes. I have. Thank you, masters. For this awesome experience. Is there anything, anything at all, I can do to show how honored I am for this?"

Asaka: " There is one thing, Chase. Everything ten years, or so, Earthrealm faces a server tournament."

Chase: " I've heard about these tournaments, Mistress Asaka. And they really are the server."

Asaka: " I'm not trying to put ideas in your head, Chase. Are you willing to participate in this tournament?"

Chase: " Yes, I am. Because the emperor of the enemy realm, I do believe is called Outworld, Shao Khan creates these tournaments to challenge Earthrealm warriors, but some have failed, while others succeed. Even if Earthrealm wins, Shao Khan doesn't give up."

Sion: " Heads up, Chase. This is a new tournament. And a serious one."

Chase: " Let me take my lucky guess. If Earthrealm does not win this one, Outworld will absorb it. But if Earthrealm wins, Shao Khan will abandon his calm to it--forever."

Sion: " That is correct, Chase."

Zion: " There is one problem: most of our warriors fear that even though they may win, Shao Khan will still attack and merge the realms. This something that must not happen."

Chase: " Don't worry, master. I am prepared for that."

Sion: " Good boy. Go. The tournament is in Outworld, at Shao Khan's Colosseum."

Chase: " Yes, sir."

Waza: " Shao Khan has conquered more than enough realms in past centuries. Now, it's up to you to defeat. Bring anyone who dares set up to anymore Earthrealmers to their knees."

Chase: " Yes, Guardians. I now know what must be done.(teleports to Khan's Colosseum)

Chase appears at Khan's Colosseum

A few Earthrealm warriors were competing against Outworld's warriors

Chase: " This does not look good."

Kung Lao: " You're not wrong about that. What's your name?"

Chase: " Chase."

Kung Lao: " Chase. I am Kung Lao. This is my brother(friend), Liu Kang, and that is our master, Raiden."

Chase: " Nice to meet you, Kung Lao. And you, Liu Kang. I already know Raiden."

Final Round Drums bang

Kung Lao: " Oh no. The final round. If we lose, our people will die."

Shao Khan chuckles

Shao Khan: " Raiden! Put worth a worthy champion... if you can!"

Raiden: " No Liu Kang. No Kung Lao. It is not you two who must combat Shao Khan or any of his warriors."

Liu Kang: " Lord Raiden, we were trained for this. This will determine-"

Kung Lao: " Brother. Let him--What is he doing?"

Raiden: " Chase, no! You must not compete in this tournament. You could die!"

Chase: " There lies your problem, Raiden. We are both gods. We can not die."

Kung Lao: " He has a point. Good luck."
