Chapter 19

Aries pov

i stared up at the trunk ceiling thinking of an escape, the car pulled over and i heard a familiar voice.

robber:alright dad, we'll be back.

robber2:come on nathan!

NATHAN??

so that means, the two guys are dan and dane..and the other one was their father...

we started driving again.

nathan:where we headed?

dane:the devils burial grounds.

nathan:you guys actually found a virgin? this is unbelievable..

dan:ikr, we get three wishes once the job is done. we have the bird and everything.

nathan:this is crazy..

the car pulled over and they got out the car.

dan:wait! dont open it. first promise us that you wont get mad, and you wont cancel on us.

nathan:why?

dane:because! now promise.

nathan:fine i promise.

they opened the trunk and nathan started shaking his head.

dan:this would get us what we want remember??

nathan:this is my GIRLFRIEND!!!

dane:i know i know...well lets get everything ready.

they took a coffin out of the car and then they took out shovels and a bird cage with a bird inside of it. then they started digging.

i started crying, i didnt know what was happening, i couldnt believe what was happening.

they finally stopped digging and they climbed out the hole. then they picked me up and put me in the casket. they put the bird in with me.

dan:so 44 stabs...

dane:yep.

nathan:i cant do this..

dan:you promised. who wanted to go first?

dane:um...ill go i guess.

dane picked up a weird knife and they all kneeled next to me. i looked over at nathan, he was looking everywhere but at me.

then the first stab happened, i coughed up blood and winced in pain. but i kept my gaze at nathan.

then the second.

then the third

then the fourth.

then the fifth.

my visin started fading, and i saw a tear drop from nathans eye.

then finally it was over.

no ones pov

they gathered around the coffin and closed it and pushed it into the grave. and they started to bury it with dirt.

nathan:she was looking at me the whole time...

dan:well its gonna be worth it, watch.

after they were done they started putting the stuff back in the car. nathan stayed by the grave crying silently.

then he walked back to the car and they drove off.

mikes pov

jamal:finally home!

me:i know- why is the door wide open???

i told him to wait in the car and i went inside to find jamie on the floor passed out, and bleeding.

i called the police panicing. the paramedics came and they took her to the hospital.

at the hospital

jamie:mike...wheres aries?

mike:what? isnt she at nathans?...

jamie:no..they-they took her..sacrifice..*passes out*

my eyes started watering and jamal hugged me crying.

nathans pov

i sat in my room in the dark. letting my hand stroke the guitar. i felt tears falling down my face. i sniffled and threw the guitar. its all my fault..
