As the clan began to leave, Silverstar meowed, "The clan will also honor three kits ready to be apprentices."
She beckoned Icekit, Brightkit, and Flightkit up to the Rockledge.
"From this day forward, she began touching Brightkit on the shoulder with her tail, this apprentice will be known as Brightpaw." She went on, "Whitefur you have much to teach this apprentice, so you will be her mentor."
She moved on to Icepaw giving her the mentor of Branchpelt and then on to Flightpaw giving him the mentor of Greycloud.
The clan called out their names, "Brightpaw!", "Icepaw!",
"Flightpaw!".
The three apprentices eyes glowed with pride.
Silverstar reminded the new warriors that they have to sit vigil this night
