Hadleigh's POV.

"So what exactly are we doing?" I asked Timmy, as he placed a headset on to my head.

"Well if your going to go in their with us, we need to get your body link set up with your avatar so that way when we go in their it will feel like your actually body and you can control it normally" he said as he sat back down and began to type away again.

"Well that sounds safe" I laughed as he grinned and continued typing away at his laptop, casually just looking up at me with a slight grin, god that was cute. WAIT?! WHAT?!?

"So how did you and Lizzie become friends?" he asked me casually.

"Well, I knew Lizzie all the way back to primary school and we have been really good friends ever since" I grinned.

"Thats awesome that you have stayed this connected all these years" he grinned.

"Yeah I couldn't imagine a life without her" I grinned back. He mumbled something to himself, I couldn't hear him so I asked,

"What was that?".

"Oh what nothing important just some hacking stuff" he grinned, but I could tell he was thinking about something else other than hacking.

"Alright well you know that if you need someone to talk to then you can come to me right?" I said with a kind smile hoping he would open up to me.

"Yeah I guess that im just nervous about going back in there, the last time i was in there I was held prisoner and being forced to do someone's bidding" he said shaking slightly.

"Well this time is different, this time we are going in there together" I said as I leaned forward and placed my hand on his.

"I just don't want to go through that again" he mumbled almost on the verge of tears.

"You won't have to I won't let them get you they will have to get through me before they even think about taking you away from me" I said truthfully, maybe what I am feeling in my stomach was telling me something, did I like Timmy?

"Go out with me tonight?" he said flipping his hand and gripping mine looking at me straight into my eyes, he had the most beautiful blue eyes.

"Yes" I breathed out while holding his hand as well, not ever wanting to let go.

"Well let's get you logged in" he grinned letting go of my hand, which now felt cold and my mood dropped pretty drastically.

"Yeah lets go" I sighed hoping that it would continue later, I think I am going to follow my gut, it was saying run with it and never stop.

*Time Skip*

"What should I wear?" I asked Lizzie and Mattie frantically.

"Just go casual knowing my best friend he will most likely take you to a diner or a picnic" Mattie said from the computer screen.

"Lets try this" Lizzie said going through my luggage in her room. She handed me a cute floral top, and a pair of ripped skinny jeans.

"Oh the hat in the corner Lizzie will totally match!" Mattie yelled pointing to something else.
