She smiled,
Over the clingy texts you sent to her,
She showed me the conversation then I smiled back while saying "He's the sweetest man that ever lived."
I wanted to tell her that was what we used to be before but the voice cracked in my throat,
Where you told every story that ever happened to you in a moment of life,
Where you expressed your feelings for any circumstances on your road to the light,
And I was the only one who was willing to listen to the end.

She screamed,
Over the efforts that you gave to her,
She told me every single moved that you made and every beat of her heart felt and I said "He's truly loves you."
I wanted to tell her that I'm waiting for you to make a move even only a step forward for me long enough to be broken but the voice echoed in my stomach,
Where you would hug her in the middle of the night when no one ever waking up,
Where you would wipe her tears when she felt down by the whole world on her shoulder,
And I would be the only one who's pretending nothing ever happened.

She called,
In the middle of the night,
When you were sleeping and she had thousands of stories lied beneath her clumsy head,
That none of the thousands stories were not about you,
From dusk till dawn, the stories wouldn't find the ending to be told,
Because she realized even a small matter like she's the most sensitive girl I ever met,
Even she could read the expression on your face like she read he favourite novel and the faked in your laugh,
Then I was there when no one was, to listen to the whole story while pretending a pure laugh,
Because still at the end I hoped that was our stories to be told not between you and her.

So I made my first step,
To walk away,
From you,
While gathering all the reasons to be my strength,
And one of the biggest reasons was when she smiled over your bright eyes,
She laughed over your riddles,
And there's no one to blame except me,
Even you gave me a glass of potion for love but there's a droplet of poison at the bottom of it that could choke me to death,
Even you gave me a garden of flowers but there were a million of thorns lied beneath the petals,
I knew from the beginning that I shouldn't stay because I'm not the only one,
So I walk away,
To heal my lungs from the poison of your potion,
And heal my scars from the thorn of your flowers.
