My vision swam, my surrounding blurred, I fell down with a thud. Blood seeped out, staining my white gown.
He stared at me in horror. Tears rolled down his eyes.
"You can't let go Adelina. You weren't supposed to let go not now, not ever. " He said with desperation clear in his voice.
I winced as his hand brushed past my wound.
"HELP HER!" he shrieked.
People were screaming. Even though I couldn't see I could imagine the world in chaos.
"We'll get through this." He promised.
So many empty words.
His jet black hair was damp against his forehead, his forest green eyes bloodshot.
I shook my head.
"Liar, liar." I whispered smiling.
