a few hours later

"right, i need to explain something to you," simon says as he stands right in front of ashlee, stopping her from walking any further; stopping her from entering the house. "what?" she asks, tilting her head to one side slightly. "the girls... i told them that you're my girlfriend," simon admits, blushing slightly. "w-why?" ashlee asks with a stutter. "i-i-i don't know." simon sighs. "so, what do we do?" ashlee asks. "w-were gonna have to pretend to be a... a couple i guess." simon shrugs. ashlee sighs, "you owe me, big time." she says, pointing at him. he nods, "fine."

simon swiftly grabs ashlee's hand - quickly lacing their fingers together - before opening the front door to his house which he shares with his friends.

"honey, i'm home!" simon yells as he leads ashlee in and kicking the front door close behind them. "finally!" the familiar voice of josh coming from upstairs echos through the house. "did you bring your girlfriend?" another familiar voice of freya also from upstairs asks. "of course!" simon shouts in response with a smile.

"ready?" simon asks as he turns to face ashlee. "sure. fuck it." ashlee sighs. simon smiles down at her, "this way then." he says as he leads her up the stairs where everyone seems to be.
