[Hiragi x Reader] Love At Christmastime

Note: I apologize for not updating more. Bloody school and running out of ideas...😖

"Why does it have to be you?! Why do you put yourself in danger?" You cried while pulling onto your boyfriend's sleeve.
"I'll come back to you safe. I promise." Hiragi replied while embracing you.
"Oh, for heaven sakes! It's a business trip!!!" Your friend, Akatsuki shouted.
"Still. That's three days away from my precious girl. I really wish I didn't have to go to Japan and leave you here." Hiragi said while caressing your cheek. Your boyfriend, Hiragi Tsubasa, was a Broadway actor and the heir to a school in Japan. Therefore, he had to travel to Japan sometimes while you stayed in New York City. You two and your friends [Kao Council] lived in one of the best hotels in the city, Tres Spades.
"Come on, let's go! I'll have to park in a red zone if we don't hurry." Akatsuki said while grabbing Hiragi's suitcase.
"Okay, okay. Bye, my dear. I'll be back on Christmas Eve." Hiragi said after kissing you goodbye and then you watched him walk out of the hotel lobby. You let out a deep sigh as you lost sight of him.
"Cheer up, [Y/N]! He'll be back before you know it." Otori stated while patting your head. You didn't reply. You had been dating Hiragi for two years now and you were use to him leaving, but it still made you sad. Especially since this Christmas was your third year anniversary.
"Hey, meet me outside the hotel tomorrow morning at eight, Mademoiselle. I'll be waiting for you." Yuzuriha whispered in your ear and then left the lobby to go to his room.
"I have some business to take care of so I'll see you tomorrow, [Y/N]." Otori said while stroking your hair and then also left. You were going to walk towards the elevator when Sazanami suddenly grabbed your wrist.
"Huh?!" You asked while looking at him in surprise.
"Can you join me at the cafe before you go to bed?" He asked you in a shy tone. You were a little shocked at his kind offer, but agreed. Once you sat down at the cafe which was in the hotel with your drinks, Sazanami suddenly smiled really big.
"May I borrow your spoon?" He asked.
"Certainly." You replied while handing the spoon to him.
"I have an announcement!" He cheered while tapping the spoon against his cup." He was acting quite weird.
"Okay, I know I shouldn't have, but I went into your room today while you were at work. So just be prepared for your Christmas gift. Well, look at the time, I have to go!" Sazanami explained and then left the cafe in a rush. You just sat there in total confusion. He invited you to the cafe to tell you that? Really? You sighed as you sipped your drink. After you were done, you went up to your room. When you opened the door you couldn't believe your eyes. Your entire suite was decorated for Christmas! You felt grateful to Sazanami as you drifted off to sleep that night.
The next morning you met Yuzuriha outside of the hotel. You then spotted the best carriage driver whose name was Baba. He was quite the complimenter, but also polite to all ladies. His horse was called Micchy. You walked up to him and tapped him on the shoulder.
"Hello, may I help you-Oh! Well, well! If it isn't my pretty and favorite lady! You're looking absolutely lovely on this winter morning, Miss [Y/N]!" Baba greeted while taking off his hat and bowing.
"Thank you. Oh! I like Micchy's red bow!" You said while petting the horse.
"Oh, he insisted on having it being his big day and all." Baba explained with a smirk.
"Really? Where's he going?" You asked, curious.
"Anywhere you ask him to, Princess!" Baba stated while opening the carriage door for you. You turned your head to see Yuzuriha smiling at you.
"Oh, thank you!" You cried while hugging him.
"Hey...I don't get a hug?" Baba asked in a sad tone.
"No! Allons-y!"[French for 'Let's go!'] Yuzuriha replied as you both got into the carriage. You spent from dawn till dusk shopping. Once it was night you returned back to the hotel. You had bought 5 gifts while Yuzuriha had bought 159! You both thanked Baba and then went inside. After you helped your friend carry all his presents up to his room, you were exhausted. When you got to your suite you heard your phone ring, but you were too tired to answer. When you woke up the next morning, Otori greeted you at your door.
"Good morning, [Y/N]! Grab your coat and ice skates!" He said while smiling big. You, on the other hand, were still trying to process the fact that it was morning. You slowly grabbed your things. Then Otori escorted you to the elevator. You got some pastries on your way to the ice rink. Once you had gotten on the ice, you began to stumble and fall. Otori quickly caught you in his arms.
"Here, hold onto my hand." Otori suggested while lacing his fingers with yours. After awhile you started to skate better. However, Otori seemed upset.
"Nuts...you can skate better. I've lost my excuse to hold your hand and be all romantic now." He stated while letting go of your hand. The two of you continued to have fun in the winter wonderland of the city. When the sun began to set you headed home. When you arrived at the hotel, Akatsuki was waiting for you in the lobby.
"Very well. I guess my time is up. Have a pleasant night, darling." Otori whispered in your ear and then suddenly kissed your cheek! With that he left and took to his room.
"Hey, um I had a reservation at the restaurant here with a client, but they cancelled. Would you like to join me?" Akatsuki asked, bringing you back to reality. You accepted his generous offer and had dinner at one of the hotel's formal restaurants.
"[Y/N]...I would like to tell you something." Akatsuki said once you had finished your meals.
"Of course. What is it?" You asked while realizing that his face was turning red.
"I'll admit...I have always liked you, [Y/N]. Of course...you're going to become another man's treasure now so I'll have to give up on making you mine, but I promise I won't abandon my role as your friend." Akatsuki explained while looking at you with a serious expression. You were shocked by what he said. You were about to reply when your phone began to ring. You looked to see the caller was Hiragi.
     "I-I'll be right back!" You told Akatsuki and rushed to the restroom.
     "Hello?" You answered, once out of the restaurant.
     "Um...My darling...I have something important to tell you." Hiragi spoke in a sad tone through the phone.
     "N-No...I completely understand. Bye, Tsubasa." You said after the call ended. You then felt tears well up in your eyes. You quickly wiped them away and returned to your table.
     "Ah, there you are. Is something the matter?" Akatsuki asked. You slowly sat down while trying not to cry.
     "Tsubasa...he-he's not going to come home for Christmas. His business plans changed." You said while choking up.
     "Oh...[Y/N]...I'm so sorry." Akatsuki spoke in a sympathetic tone. Akatsuki paid for dinner and then escorted you up to your suite. You cried yourself to sleep that night, missing your boyfriend's warmth. The next day, Christmas Eve, your friends tried their best to cheer you up, but nothing seemed to work. As night began to fall, Otori and the others invited you down to the lobby. As he had done in the years before, Otori sat down at the lobby's piano to play Christmas carols. Usually, Hiragi would join him.
     "We're not Hiragi-kun, but we still want to spend Christmas with you, [Y/N]." Akatsuki said while your friends smiled at you. You knew you couldn't let your feelings ruin this holy night. You smiled back at them as the lobby was filled with music. Pushing your sadness aside, you faced the music and danced. As the people in the lobby continued to sing and be merry, you looked around. You saw people laughing, smiling, and simply having a good time.
     "Oh, Tsubasa...why do you have to miss this?" You asked yourself.
     [Hiragi's Pov]
     As I walked into the hotel, I saw a magical sight. My lovely girl dressed in white like an angel. I began to sweat as I began to walk towards her, feeling her gift in my tailcoat pocket. For tonight...she would be mine. And only mine.
     [Reader's Pov]
     As you began to turn your gaze to the front of the lobby you almost had an attack on your heart.
     "Tsubasa!!!" You cried while running up to him with your arms opened wide. He caught you in his arms and held onto you tight as he could.
     "W-what happened to your work?" You asked once you were released from being squeezed to death.
     "I made it finish early. You're way more important. Were you very lonely?" He asked while stroking your cheek. You nodded your head shyly.
     "I'm sorry. Don't worry though. I won't let this happen again...because if there is a next time, I want you to come with me...as my wife." He stated while suddenly getting down on one knee. You clasped your hands over your mouth in shock as he pulled out a small red velvet box.
     "[Y/N]...will you marry me and become Mrs. Hiragi?" He questioned as tension quickly filled the room. Even Otori had stopped playing the piano and looked at you two in shock. You just stood there with your body shaking.
     "Or at least think about it..." Hiragi stuttered while anticipation was eating away at his heart.
     "I don't have to think about it..." You stated while looking strait at him. You took a deep breath as you began to give Hiragi Tsubasa , on this Christmas Eve...your reply.
