BACKGROUND ! em's father was the biggest inspiration for her music in her life. he taught her to play guitar and piano, as well as how to write songs. he was in the music industry and made his own music, mainly classic rock. everything changed when he died when she was only thirteen, leaving em, her mom, and her siblings on their own. using what he taught her to do something beautiful, her music will always cause her to remember what he did for her, as well as keep his memory alive. after his death, nothing was really the same in her home, but the change wasn't bad. emersyn and her family grew closer, her brother is planning on going to college for music, and they even adopted a dog.
