Rages pain

FLASHBACK

-everyone talked and hoped that the new rookie was gonna be good and powerful, and they were right, rage was staring at the fires of what used to be a city, a home where anyone can be free and safe but now a war zone of what little resistance and a base for doctor eggman.-

SIX MONTHS AGO

-during the dark times of mobius where eggman finally defeated sonic, most of the city blocks are destroyed, buildings are on fire or shattered, the entire city is like silvers vision of the future with ibilis. A squad of resistance fighters were escorting a specific group of civilians away from the zone. One of those civillians was rage the hedgehog along with his wife and baby boy bolt.-

Destiny: how long are we there?

resistance fighter: just a few blocks ahead

destiny: come on you said that 20 minutes ago!!

rage: baby relax, they know what theyre doing, let them do the work ok....hows bolt doing?

-says as he looks over at his baby yellow hedgehog cradled by destiny in her arms cooing innocently-

destiny; still cute

rage: everything will be alright ok?

-suddenly one of the resistance fighters was launched into a glass building-

resistance fighter: INFINITE!!!

-rage didnt had time to react when a loud boom made him hit the floor and made him disorted-

-rage groaned and rolled into cover. He heard disorted muffle of civillians screaming and resistance fighters yelling out for each other and firing at the floating menace that did nothing but laugh. Destiny carried bolt and ran inside a car to hide and hope that infinite will go away. Rage watched as the resistance fighters took cover and saw a red laser raining down and taking out the resistance fighters instantly-

-rage groaned and crawled out of cover then turns to see infinite floating down and heading towards him. Rage picked up a gun and draws it, but the effect is still in place, his vision was blurry and hearing always echos.-

infinite: you cant do it....i can sense your fear....where you cant do anything but watch...ill let you live to tell everyone your fear, set an example of who dares to challenge me...much as that blue hedgehog sonic.

-rage collapsed to the floor and lands on his back. Infinite walked over rage and heads over to the car where destiny and bolt is. The last thing he saw was destiny screaming and hearing his baby boy echoing as infinite launched a projectile to make the car explode.-

-rages head slumped to the floor and saw the flames carrying his wife and baby bolt then finally passed out. 30 minutes went by and his eyes began to open as he saw GUN soldiers running with many civillians-

GUN soldier: hey! -yells out as he echos since the disorted effect is still in place- we got a live one here

GUN soldier 2: get him out of here

-the GUN soldier then placed a rebreather on his mouth and the vision flashed-

PRESENT TIME

resistance fighter: wow, so he lost his wife and kid?

resistance fighter 2: yeah, the guy wants payback, and i sure dont blame him

-rage overheard their conversation which made him grip the picture he had in his hand, a picture of destiny in the hospital and bolts birth, rage have many reasons to go against eggman and infinite, but avenging his family is one of them to join the uprising-
