Once Upon a time, in a land far far away, there was a little girl. She ran a little shop on the far side of town where the fairytales connected. There in that little town, you could see everything. While you shopped you can listen in and hear new st...

I just realized how rarely I use borders in my covers. The last time that I used a border in a cover I made was back in November in 2019, I'm pretty sure that it was for a vampire cover that I made. If I remember that correctly that would also be the first time that I drew black hair. *sigh* The good old days where everything was new, and I had no idea what I was doing. (Not that I know what I'm doing now) Borders are like that stock that I have hoarding issues with but I never use them, like those designers that are crazy good at drawing hair but have a file dictated to hair stocks they will never use.
You wanted a blue color scheme but you wanted the rock that the sword was in to be on fire. Fire is an orange based color usually so I made the whole cover orange/yellow until I remember you wanted it to be blue. So I added a gradient of blue to the cover. I personally actually like it a lot. If you would like a color scheme change to all yellow/orange or all blue please tell me. Also if I spelled anything wrong, please notify me before it's too late.
Another insightful thing that happened during the creation of this cover is that Angel discovered my style. For those of you that don't remember in my flashbacks-2019 chapter my goal for this year has been to find a style that I like, it seems weird that we're only half way through and I (technically Angel) maybe already found my style.
For those of you that are interested this is what Angel pinpointed (How accurate do you think it is?):
DUOTONE COLOUR SCHEME SLIGHT SHARPENING EFFECT RELIANCE ON RELATIVELY HIGH SATURATION FREQUENT BEVELLING

Also since the last time I revamped my portfolio half of my graphics got lost with time so this time I will be posting a little collage of the graphics that use to be in this chapter so if I ever need to go back in time I've got the graphics and the date I made them here.
