"Marinette?" somebody called.
"Marinette!" I recognised that voice. It was either Chloe or Adrien.
Nope, definitely Adrien.
"Mari?" Wait...THAT WAS TIKKI.
"Okay, she might need more rest." The Dr said.
"Yeah..." They all sighed.
"Doctor?" Her voice was hoarse, "What happened?"

There was silence in the room, Marinette stared at his face. She recognised him, but couldn't put her finger on it. Finally, it came to her, "Wait... you're Ga-I mean, Hawkmoth!" Marinette shuffled back until she hit the headboard. 
"Who is this Hawk Moth you speak of?" he asked, perplexed.
So Marinette told him the long story.

"No, none of that happened. It was all in your dream, caused by the heart attack." he said, trying to lay it on her as gently as possible.
"No... this isn't possible. I lived a whole life in there!" She exclaimed, tears welling up in her eyes, "I was the hero of my own story doc!"
"I know this is a lot to take in, but someone wants to speak to you." He said.
"A-Adrien!" Mari exclaimed, jumping out of bed and clasping her hands around him, "I thought you were all in my head!"

"Yeah...I'm real. But I came to comfort you. How are you doing with the news on your parents?" He asked.
The doctor was waving signals at him not to finish, but it was too late.
"Oh, you haven't told her...great." he said through gritted teeth."

"You may need to sit down. Marinette, your parents well they well kinda, sorta-"
"Get on with it." Marinette's voice was shaky.
"Marinette, your parents are dead." He glanced towards the floor, not wanting to see the hurt on Marinette's face. She was speechless. As if it were on cue, she saw out the window that Chloe was getting arrested.
