"Hello, Ji Hyun!"
"Hello, Y/n. Nice to see you again," he says giving her a look over from head to toe as a predator sizes up it's victim. Y/n winked as his eyes met her's.
"Like what you see, love?"
"Very much so," he said cockily.
"Maybe we should discuss business over dinner tonight."
"Sure, do you have anything in mind?"
"Park Hyatt sound good?"
"Sounds like a plan," he says smiling before looking at his watch and getting up, "I have an internal meeting to get to, so see you tonight then."
"See you."

Ji Hyun was waiting for me at the table. I walked up to him and he stood up to let me sit down, we talked over dinner and decided it was best to sign the deal as soon as possible.
"I would like you to come over to my office tomorrow. I'll draw up a new contract in the morning with these negotiations added into. Welcome to our company."
"Thank you, Y/n," Ji Hyun smiled, "would you like me to drop you off?"
"My driver is waiting outside. Thanks, though."
We bid each other farewell and true to his word, he came at 11 am sharp to sign the contract.
"Didn't think I would feel this heavy hearted after getting the hefty money and the new position in your company."
"Well, it was your baby for a really long time, so I can understand it."
"Hmmm . . .I guess that's true."
"Plus you're still a co-president of your branch, so it's not a complete goodbye."
"That is also very much true."
"I tell you what! Why don't you overlook the event for the official announcement of our acquisition?"
"That sounds like an amazing idea. I'll have my secretary prepare the list of guests from our contacts and send it to your secretary and she can approve it as well as add whomever she likes on your behalf."
"Will this weekend be okay? We'll need to announce this important event and meet each other's important contacts."
"Alright then," Ji Hyun says smirking at me as he stands up and buttons his suit, "I shall go see my new office."
"You do that," I say crossing my legs and giving him a sultry smile as I lean back on my desk with my arms crossed neatly in front of my chest.

It didn't even take Ji Hyun a day to have his Secretary give the guest list to mine. He's mentioned a few people I know, others not so much. I noticed he hasn't mentioned any family members, I let out a breath I didn't even realize I was holding. Maybe he wants to keep it strictly business.
"Secretary Kim?"
"Yes, Ma'am?"
"Finalize the list and send out invites to everyone as well as finalize all the vendors for this weekend."
"Yes, President!"
"And Secretary Kim?"
"Yes?"
"Finalize a sexy dress for yourself this weekend as well," I say with a wink, and she blushes red and nodes before leaving.

It's a shopping run for Y/n today. She's been to a few stores, but nothing catches her eyes until she passes by this one toga inspired red dress. She's always loved red for any occasions that require her to be dominant. And being a female CEO who just acquired a company from a male in a male dominant world, requires an immense amount of projecting dominance.
She ended up picking that perfect red dress for the occasion. It was just the right amount of sexy and business. The dress screamed, "let's mix business with pleasure." Y/n decided to pair it with a pearl belt and some nude stilettos and a messy updo. She was ready to conquer the world. Well, as long as the-one-who-shall-not-be-named doesn't show up. No, not Voldemort but someone equally as scary to Y/N.
"Don't be stupid, Y/n. He wasn't on the invite list. It'll be perfect," Y/n whispers to herself.
She gives herself another lookover in the mirror as she walks out of her house. Her chauffeur opens the door for her and she soon reaches the venue. Secretary Kim was already waiting for her by the entrance.
"You look lovely, President," Secretary Kim says as she everything but sparkles in her gold dress.
"You look fine yourself, Secretary Kim."
"Thank you, Ma'am," she blushes and Y/n laughs and whispers a slight 'aww' as she and Ms Kim walk inside to start greeting the guests.
Y/n mixes in the crowd and starts to greet the guests she knows before she can eventually find Ji Hyun and she can introduce him to her guests and vice versa.
"Y/n?" she hears a voice call behind her.
"Ji Hyun?" she says turning around with a smile.
Ji Hyun lets out a low whistle, "Damn, you look good," he says looking her up and down.
"Excuse you. You look good too," she says rolling her eyes. She puts her hand on his arm, "let me introduce you to my contacts."
"Sure," Ji Hyun says grabbing a glass of champagne from a waitress walking by him, "thank you."
Y/n and Ji Hyun got separated somewhere during the event until she had a deja vu moment and she heard a voice call her again.
"Y/n"
"Yes?"
"I would like you to meet some special guests."
"Sure, let's go!" Y/n puts her hand in Ji Hyun's extended hand. Her grip tightened as she saw whom she was headed towards."
"What's wrong? Are you unwell?"
"No, nothing at all. Must've gotten a little light headed."
Ji Hyun gives her a worried look, "I'm fine," Y/n repeats as they walk towards the one that got away from Y/n.
"These are my parents and this is my most special guest. My Hyung, Park Jimin."
Y/n extends her hand and shakes her hand with Ji Hyun's parents and she turns and offers her hand for Jimin and says, "pleasure to meet you," in the calmest voice she could muster.
"Pleasure is all mine," Jimin replies back as he takes her hand.
Y/n couldn't tell if Jimin truly couldn't recognize her or he was just really good at hiding it. Although she should be relieved, Y/n was frustrated for some reason. She talked a bit with Ji Hyun's parents and eventually excused herself when her Secretary came to get her. Y/n didn't miss the wink Jimin threw at her Secretary. She suddenly didn't feel like the most dominant one in the room. It's wild how the entire world's attention turns into a burden when one refuses to give you attention.
"I'm tired, Secretary Kim. Can you inform my chauffeur that I'll be heading home and please inform Mr. Park that I have taken an early leave?"
"Yes, Ms. President."
Y/n got home and threw off her heels and threw her pearls on the sofa. Shower and bed is what matters now, that's what always matters in the end. That, and a few bottles of vodka to get her through the night.
