24/7 La cafe. 'Yung coffee shop na 'to, it caught my eye. Sabayan n'yo pa ng advertisement na nakalagay sa tapat ng shop nila na, "Choco Blueberry Cheesecake; Iced/Shaked/Frappe" My eyes were already drooling as I saw these two. Biruin mo, bestseller pa nila 'yun. At andami din nilang options sa loob. I brought my hands in front of me and played with my fingers as I entered the shop.
It was rather beautiful for me to see.
Since hindi ako masyadong makalabas, nasurprised talaga ako dito. Mas maganda pa tong lugar na to kesa sa starbucks. Masyado na kasing common ang starbucks para sa'kin, lagi nalang ako dun nagoorder ng Americano. But now, what I'm drooling for is a sweet, choco blueberry cheescake indicated outside of this shop, 24/7 La cafe. Tila masyado ata itong popular. Pagpasok ko sa loob, pa-ikot yung pila at punong puno ng masasayang tao yung cafe nila. Kahit hot-headed ako sa paghihintay, I won't back out kasi this shop is just so different than that of the others.
"Miss, what's your order?" long before I landed my eyes on the woman asking for my order, I looked around at the environment before smiling at her.
"Ah, I'll take choco blueberry cheesecake. Add more puff cream on top and make it, frappe. Large, please" I ordered the woman with matching smile.
"Ma'am, alam n'yo bang tamang tama itong inorder ninyo? Everyone was lining up of CBC. Hindi namin inakala na magiging bestseller ito. At, if you mind, masyadong magiging matamis ang iyong beverage pag nilagyan nyo ng more puff cream? Because it's choco and cheesecake, is it okay for you?" sabi sa'kin nung babae. Well, oo nga. Napakahaba ng pila. Tapos, yun lang ang kanilang inoorder? Wow, just wow. Ang galing netong shop na to. Pwede na sila makipag-compete sa Starbucks.
"Uhm, sige. Wag mo ng lagyan. And, good job on the shop." I gave her a warm smile before taking the paper she handed me, napakaganda naman talaga
15 minutes had passed and it will be soon my turn in ordering after the couple in front of me. As I rolled my eyes to scan the shop, someone definitely caught my eye.
S'ya pala yung barrista.
Tinitigan ko laman s'ya, at hindi na namalayan na it's my turn to order. I was standing there; astounded by the thick beautiful eyebrows of his; yung pilik mata nyang kahit maikli, napakaganda ng ukit, yung ilong nyang mamamatay ka sa kacutan. At yung labi nyang napaka liit ang sarap i-kiss!
Okay Stephanie, calm down. Just calm.
I exhaled in and out before stepping up to lend him the paper I handed him. Sobrang gwapo n'ya. Kung meron man akong nakitang mga gwapo, hindi tulad nitong lalakeng to. Yung iba kasi, ang macho nga, napasobra naman sa macho, hindi bagay sakanila. Napaka barbarous tignan. Pero eto, tama lang ang build ng katawan nya. I smiled at the thought bago tignan yung pangalan n'ya. Ng di ko namalayang,
"Miss, what's your name?"
Tinatanong n'ya ba kung ano ang pangalan ko because he wants to take me out? I smiled like an idiot still standing, not answering. Oh kailngan lang talaga n'ya tanungin ang pangalan ko kasi tatawagin n'ya ko sa huli? I pouted at the last before waking back up at the reality as he repeated with a smile,
"Miss, andito ka pa ba sa Pilipinas? Baka gusto mong sabihin ang pangalan mo, napakaganda mo pa naman."
Did he just say I am beautiful? Wait, Suzy are you even dreaming?
"A-ah.... Just put Suzy as my name. And tandaan mo, hindi ako maganda, cute ako." Nagpacute naman ako with matching wink
