Chapter 15

Joy was tapping her feet, patiently waiting for Jaeyoung outside her house. She just came home from meeting her friends when Sungjae called that they are on their way home now.

A car suddenly pulled up infront of her.

"V?" She asked herself.

A guy came out from the car with a huge smile.

"Hi!" V greeted with a wave. "Who are you waiting for?" He asked as he locked his car and made his way to her.

"Jaeyoung." She replied.

"Ah." He paused. "She's with hyung?"

Joy nodded. "You? Why are you here?"

"Just passed by to see Jaeyoung. It's been a long time since we've seen each other."

Both of them looked at the direction where a car just pulled up.

"They're here." V said.

Sungjae went out and immediately run towards the other side. When the car door was opened, Joy was expecting Jaeyoung to run out. Turns out that she was already asleep and Sungjae had to carry her.

"She fall asleep in the middle of the drive." Sungjae said.

Joy smiled.

"Hand me Jaeyoung, hyung. I'll put him inside." V volunteered.

Sungjae shook his head. "I can put her on bed."

Joy looked at Sungjae then to Taehyung.

"Ah.. Just give Jaeyoung to Taehyung. We need to talk." Joy said.

Sungjae looked at Joy then to Taehyung. "Ok." He gently give Jaeyoung to V. "Goodnight." He kissed her forehead.

V smiled and immediately went in, leaving Sungjae and Joy outside.

"What's this?" Joy asked after Sungjae handed her a small paperbag. "What did you bought for her this time?"

"She asked me to buy it.. for you." He said.

Joy stared at Sungjae for a couple of seconds, feeling her heart beating fast. She opened the paper bag and took out a small box. "What's this?" She asked as she opened the box.

"It's a personalized bracelet. Jaeyoung chose it instead of the princess bracelet that she asked." Sungjae showed the bracelet on his wrist.

It is the same as Joy's. It's just thicker than hers. It has a thin plate with SJS drafted on it.

Joy looked up when Sungjae grabbed the bracelet from her. "I hope you like it. She told me that she will definitely be sad if you won't like it." He said while putting the bracelet for Joy. "It looks good tho." He said while looking at his bracelet and hers.

In the middle of their moment, V peek through the door after he put Jaeyoung to bed. Frowning at the scene that he is witnessing.

"Tha-thanks." She stuttered as her heart is beating rapidly.

Sungjae smiled. "You're welcome."

Nobody speak for a couple of seconds.

"Ah." Sungjae decided to break the silence. "What do we need to talk?"

Joy was debating if she should tell Sungjae about it.

"Is this about Jaeyoung?" He asked.

"Ahh.. You know." Joy started. "About what you said."

"About what?" Sungjae asked.

"About the three of us living." Joy paused. "Let's give it a try. For Jaeyoung."
