Chapter 9

"Here?" Sungjae asked while carrying the sleeping Jaeyoung.

"Yes please." I said.

He gently put down Jaeyoung on the bed. I turned around and opened the door of the bedroom but I didn't hear any footsteps following me. I look back and saw Sungjae sitting on the bed. Staring at Jaeyoung. Studying her face likes it's a lesson. I was about to call his name but I didn't. I don't want to interrupt this precious moment. I leave the door open and went to the couch. After a minute, Sungjae went out from the bedroom and closed the door.

"Can I asked you a question?" He said while walking towards me.

"You're already asking." I answered.

He sat on the couch. "That kid." He said while pointing at the displayed picture of Jaeyoung in the living room.

I looked at him but he was already looking at me.

"Who is she?" He asked.

My heart was beating fast. Should I tell him everything?

"Jae-Jaeyoung-ie. Park Jaeyoung. She just introduce herself to you earlier right?" I said.

"She looks exactly like me. Ho-how come?" He confusedly asked.

That's it. Im going to tell him everything because it is his right to know. He came here to know more about himself.

"Jaeyoung-ie. That kid you carried." I paused. "She's yours."

His eyes went wide. After a second, he blinked a couple of times and looked away.

"How? How did that happened?" He asked.

"It wasn't an accident or a one night stand Sungjae. Jaeyoung was made of love." I said.

"How can you tell that to a person who had an amnesia? Do you think I would believe you?" He said.

I was shock by what he respond. He broke my expectation. I thought that he would be happy by that good news. I thought that he would accept Jaeyoung whole heartly without questioning if that was really his kid.

"Did you see her face? Do you think I would make up stories? It came out from your own mouth. That she looks like you and now you're asking if she's really yours. You must be crazy!" I said.

I stood up from my seat and went to the kitchen. Got myself a cold glass of water to calm myself. I went back to the living room.

"You came here to know more about yourself right? If you're doubting everything that I will say you should just leave and find someone to help you." I said.

He bowed down his head. "Im so-sorry."

"You must be doubting everything because I don't have a proof." I went in the bedroom and get the box that was full of our memories.

I sat back at the couch and handed him the box.

"Look inside it. So that you won't doubt anything." I said.

He nod and slowly opened the box. Pictures. Rings. All those stuffs was in the box. I always looked at it whenever I missed him.

He grabbed a picture. He stared at it. It was a picture of us. In the convience store, me sitting on his lap. Yeri secretly took a picture of us. She revealed it on the day that I was crying hard because I missed Sungjae. She showed it to me cheer me up.

"That was the day we first met." I told him.

"First day?" He looked at me and showed me the picture. "And you're already sitting on my lap?" Then he pulled back the picture.

"My friends and I went there after we went to the club. We ate and decided to play a game. It was rock-paper-scissors. I lose and I had to do the consequence which is to date you." I said while smiling. Remembering everything that happened before.

"Then? What did I do?" He asked.

"I went to the counter and asked for your name. But you didn't respond. You were trying to be hard to get. I had no choice because my friends will never stop until what I do will reach their expectation. I went in the cashier area. You even get mad at me that time because I wasn't allowed in there but still I pushed you and that cause you to sit down and then I took the opportunity and sat on your lap." I said.

"Then? That was it? We had a relationship after that?"

I shake my head. "That was just a game. I just did that for my friends. I think you also wanna play that's why you agreed."

I looked at him. He was frowning. Then he hold his head and closed his eyes.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

He nod. "My head was just aching. Please continue what your saying." He said.

I stood up and went to the kitchen. Took a glass of water and gave it to him.

"Thank you." He said. After he drank the water, he put the glass on the table.

"Are you ok now?" I asked.

He nod then he put the box table too.

"How did things go on between us after that incident in the convenience store?" He asked.

"You had several part time jobs that time. You worked at the convenience store and a restaurant before. You delivered the chicken that we ordered in the restaurant. My friends were even teasing me that time because my so called 'boyfriend' was the delivery boy." I said.

Sungjae was still frowning and was holding at his head.

"Are you sure you're ok?" I asked.

He nod. "Yeah. It's just a headache. Just continue."

"Are you sure?" I asked.

He smiled and nod.

I was worried because he was starting to turn pale.

"The third time was when you went to my school. You're younger sister. Sunghyun was crying on the bench and I seated beside her and asked what happened. She said that her oppa still didnt come to fetch her. I told her that Im going to stay with her until her oppa will come. It turns out that I and your younger sibling are schoolmates." I told him.

He was gasping.

"Hey are you really ok?" I asked.

He was sweating and was very pale.

"Sungjae are you ok?" I asked.

He started to blink slowly and was breathing fast.

"Sungjae!"

He fainted.

NCT, BLACKPINK, AND IOI WON ROOKIES AWARD. SO PROUD OF MY BABIES. BLACKVELVET FUCKING HAPPENED. MY FAVORITE GIRLS SEATED ON ONE TABLE. YOU SAW THAT AT SMA 2017 (if not, go search for it) OMFG!

AND OF COURSE OUR PARK SOOYOUNG A.K.A JOY. THE JOY OF MY LIFE, YOUR LIFE, OUR LIFE. WILL HAVE A DRAMA WHICH SHE WILL BE ONE THE LEAD CHARACTER. BAM! IM SO PROUD.  But its with Lee Hyun Woo not our baby boy YOOK SUNGJAE. It's ok. WE SHOULD STILL SUPPORT HER. OK?

(Sorry for my inner feelings. Just need to let those out. Hehe)
