i started smiling bitterly. the part i hated the most is about to come. i stared at my cup of almost finished coffee as i slowly drift back to my train of thoughts.

•FLASHBACK•

Y/N's POV

with our home cooked dinner in my hands i went straight to your office. i happily thought of your reaction when you'd see me enter the room with food. i skipped happily along the streets and soon i reached your building. i went to your floor,the seventeenth and passed through your co workers . you were the leader of your division in the company, because of this you had your own room at the edge of your division's floor. i couldn't help but notice the looks of pity your co workers gave me. it made me wonder why but i didn't give much thought due to the excitement bubbling up in my stomach. soon i was in front of your door. as i was about to open it i heard the sounds of woman, moaning calling out your name. i couldn't believe it and i knew i was delusional. with a deep breath i opened the door and saw the thing i never wanted too. your naked body pressed up against a young naked woman. she was tall and slim while i was short and chubby. she was busty and curvy and i was nowhere near. she was everything i wasn't and never will be. Jungkook stopped his movements as he heard a sob. his eyes found mine and i immediately looked at the ground. you frantically wore your clothes and so did she, soon she went running out of the door with her disheveled hair and unbuttoned blouse. you went near me, starring at me with glossy eyes.

JUNGKOOK : Y/N....I...I-I

he stuttered. i cut him off. i looked at him like i wasn't going to see him for the rest of my life. well wasn't that an actual fact

Y/N: I what? I'm cheating, I don't love you, you're useless, she's better than you. Come on say it I'm ready

JUNGKOOK : No.....i-i-it's not w-what it looks like

Y/N: Ahhhhh... So you were not kissing her, mind explaining those marks and hickeys on your neck?

JUNGKOOK : I-I-I don't know what came into my mind..p-please don't b-break up with me

Y/N: Don't worry I won't. I'll even give you a gift.

i went near him and removed our promise ring. it was our most priced possession. the rings we vowed upon to. the rings that symbolised what we used to be. i grabbed his hand and place the ring in it

Y/N: do you know how hard it is to wait for you every night? forcing yourself to believe that he's working and not with someone else. do you know how hard it is to see that you replaced me, throwing away the three years we spent together. did you -  even love me to begin with?

he stared at you with blank eyes. he barely said a word

Y/N: please..answer me. did you ever love me to begin with?

i asked you again, looking straight into your orbs trying to find the tiniest spark of hope within them. however you just stood there looking at me,emotionless. it was that moment  i knew. this is how we end. i looked at you one last time forcing a smile.

Y/N: let's end this here . goodbye jungkook. don't come finding me.

i walked away and laughed bitterly

Y/N: As if you would try find me in the first place
