Chandler’s P.O.V (well it’s been a while since he’s told the story so I thought why not?)
I let out a groan and sat up to stretch. I looked up at (Y/N)’s bed, as I was sleeping on the floor, to see that she was still sleeping. I got up and sat on the bed next to her. I sighed and looked at her sleeping face. I miss being able to kiss her luscious lips. She looked so relaxed and peaceful in her sleep. I wish she was always like this. My mind flickered to the memory of her crying on the cruise. The way her lips were turned into a pout and the tear tracks on her cheeks covered by tear after tear. It hurt me so much to see her like that and to know I was the cause killed me.
If only I had known about Alexis’ true colors then I wouldn’t have fallen for her plastic charm and make-up layered face that couldn’t even begin to compare with (Y/N)’s natural, beautiful one. Looking back now, I can’t believe I just let (Y/N) slip out of my fingers like that. I shouldn’t have left her in that room to cry. I should’ve comforted her and push aside my temporary attraction to Alexis. I should’ve told her all the things I want to say to her right now. I felt a tear slip out of my eyes and I growled in frustration but not loud enough to wake her up.
I put a hand on her cheek and tucked a piece of hair behind her ear and said, “I won’t let you go ever again, (Y/N) and I hope you know I’ll do whatever it takes to make you mine again.” (let us just take a moment to cringe at that cheesy moment….. okay you may now continue)
I shook her awake but she didn’t even stir. I rolled my eyes and chuckled. She was always a heavy sleeper. I thought about our conversation last night and how it seemed like everything was repeating itself. I thought back to the second day we reunited. How I woke her up by bouncing on her bed over and over again. I smirked and decided to go with the flow and, hence, here I am now bouncing on her bed like a child, trying to wake her up.
After about a minute of jumping I hear a groan escape her mouth causing me to smirk and jump higher and call out her in unison.
“Chandler, I swear to God I will kill you if you don’t stop,” she threatened, lifting the pillow off her head and sitting up to glare at me. I laughed and said, “You’ll have to catch me first.”
Before she could get up to chase me, I jumped off her bed and ran out the door. I could hear her footsteps behind me and her shouts of ways she was gonna kill me once she caught me. We passed by her mum in the hallway and made our way to the living room and ran around some more.
We were on opposite ends of the couch when she pouted and said, “Fine, how about this? I won’t kill you if we can stop running around.” I shrugged and said, “Fine with me.”
I walked to the kitchen but before I was out of the living room I felt someone tackle me and because I was not prepared, I toppled over. I knew it was (Y/N), who else could it be?, so I rolled over until I was the one on top. She was still struggling so I pinned both her arms down by her head and she stopped.
“Guess your plan failed, huh?” I teased while she just stuck her tongue out at me. I chuckled and got up, reaching out a hand to help her up. We walked into the kitchen where her mum just made a batch of pancakes.
(M/N) looked up when she heard us enter and smiled, “Good morning guys! Did you guys sleep well?”
I nodded and sat on a bar stool next to (Y/N). Long story short, we talked, ate breakfast and went out to meet up with the gang. I pulled up at the park (F/N) told us to meet up at. It turns out that we were a bit early so we decided to go back to our spot.
