Chapter 1-Getting Ready

🥀Welcome to the first chapter of an amazing series(I hope). I promise to make make this story without spelling errors and such. Basically Im just going to make this story really good quality so that you guys can enjoy it!!!! Anyway, Im going to try to post every week, but you have to understand that that's very difficult with school and everything. I'm in the 8th grade by the way(you probably don't care). Rachel's POV
Beep!!! Beep!!! Beep!!! It was my alarm clock. Why is life so cruel, I said in my head. Today would be my first day at my new school. I had to move schools a lot because of my father. He was always getting into some sort of trouble every place we went. It was always something dealing with his business.
It was typical. I would move to a new place and then one random day someone mysteriously goes missing and next thing I know I'm packing my bags and leaving in the middle of the night.
I hope this would be the last place that we move to because I'm sick of everything!!! I'm always leaving my friends behind without saying goodbye. Well maybe I'm over exaggerating. My dad was filthy rich because of his business and I always got to move into a new mansion.
After thinking about my life, I got out of my Queen sized canopy bed draped with dark purple satin curtains. I then proceeded to pick out an outfit for the day. We didn't have to wear uniforms at this school so I was kind of excited. I settled on a dark purple tank top, a cropped black hoodie, black skinny jeans, and black Converses.
Once I was dressed I walked down the grand staircase to see my step-mother waiting for me. She had a tray of breakfast in her hands. It looked absolutely delicious, but I knew that she didn't make it. We had plenty of maids around the house and she was the laziest person ever. 
"Hey Rache you want some breakfast," she said.
"First of all my name isn't Rache it's Rachel and second of all you know I want that breakfast," I replied.
"You seriously do this every single time we move like it's going to make me feel better or something . If you're wondering it's not working," I said in an aggravated tone.
"I'm sorry Rache.... I mean Rachel. What can I do to make you feel better?" I just ignored her question, took the tray away from her hands and walked away to the dinning room.
When I got into the dinning room I saw Arella. She was one of our maids. She was pretty much the only person I didn't hate in the whole house. She was always there for me even when I was a baby. She took care of me after my mother died of child birth.
"You should really give her a chance she's just trying to help," she said.
"I don't know. She's just so fake. She tries to act like she my real mom, but she's definitely not."
"Sweetie I know it's hard, but maybe just try to have an open mind."
"I guess you're right," I said while eating my last bit of my breakfast. I then grabbed my plate and put it in the the sink.
"Bye Arella," I said while giving her a open hug.
"Bye Sweetie, I hope you have a wonderful day at school."
Well here goes my first day.

Garfield's POV
"Wake up Gar, You have school today," said my adoptive mom Rita.
My life story was super complicated. When I was a small child I lived in Africa with my real parents. They were scientists and they were very abusive to me. One day I got a rare disease, So my father gave me a serum to cure it. The serum made my hair and eyes green. The greeness of my hair has faded out by now, but I still need to take medicines for some of the other side effects.
Anyway, later my parents died in a boating accident and I was placed in the care of Nicolas Galtry. I soon found out that he was trying to kill me in order to get the fortune my parents left for me. That's when Rita and Steve come in. They also found out about Galtry's intentions and decided to adopt me. The court process was very complicated but it was all worth it.
"Today's your first day of high school honey," said Rita.
"Just one more minute," I replied.
"But I made your favorite tofu breakfast burrito," she said.
She didn't have to tell me twice.
I hurried down stairs and searched for my tofu burrito. Once I found it, I rushed towards the plate and started eating it.
"Super hungry aren't we Garfield," asked Steve.
"Super," I said while stuffing my mouth.
When I was finished I went back upstairs to find something to wear. I put on a green short sleeve shirt that complimented my eyes, basic jeans, and Nike shoes. "Perfect"I said talking to myself.

Richard's POV
I was lying on my bed asleep when suddenly I feel a rush of freezing cold water hit my body. I instantly jumped up out of my bed to find my adoptive dad Bruce Wayne standing there with an empty bucket in his hands.
"What the hell was that for?"I exclaimed.
"You have school today Rich, I had to wake you up"he said.
"Well you didn't have to do it that way"I said.
My story was very simple, yet unusual. My parents got shot by a criminal trying to steal money from their circus business. I was all alone until Bruce adopted me.
"Okay you can get out of my room now,"I said.
After he left I went to my bathroom to get a towel. I removed my shirt and dried myself with a towel. I looked in the mirror admiring my six-pack. Damn I'm hot.
I then proceeded to pick out something to wear. I settled on red bomber jacket with an R initial on one side, green denim jeans, and red Converses. After I put in my clothes I said goodbye to Bruce and headed to school on my red skateboard.

Kori's POV
"Wake up you little brat," said my older sister Komi. 
"Greetings to you too sister," I replied.
It's bad enough that you have to live with me now, So don't make this worse by taking in your funny little accent.
"Dear sister you know I can't control. I was raised in another country and I'm trying my best to learn the English," I replied.
"We'll learn faster and you better be in the kitchen in 10 minutes or in leaving you," she said.
"Ok dear sister," I replied.
After she left I picked out a pink crop top, a white and gray polka-dotted skirt and black Converses with pinks strings to wear to school. "Wonder is this outfit!" I exclaimed. "Shut up and hurry" said Komi. "Hurry I will dear sister"I said.
When I got to the kitchen I grabbed a cup of strawberry yogurt from the fridge. "Kori here's 20 dollars for lunch the whole week. We're not rich so don't go buying the most expensive things"she said. "Don't worry Komi the wise I will spend the money"I said. Now time for school.

Victor's POV
"Honey you need towake up for school," said my mom.
"This will be your first year of high school," she said.
"Ok mom just five more minutes," I said.
"No wake up now if you want to try out this new gadget me and your father made," she said.
My mother and father were both scientist and they liked to make gadgets and things. "Okay never mind sleep is overrated I want to try out this new gadget you speak of," I said.
I raced down stairs to the living room to find the gadget, but I didn't see it.
"Ha Ha Ha Ha!"
"I knew you would fall for that trick,"said my mother.
"Aw mom," I said aggravated.
I then went to the kitchen to eat breakfast. My dad made some eggs and bacon which were my favorites.
"Son I really hope you a have a great first day of high school. You've grown so much, but remember you must excel in your studies before anything else," he said.
My dad always talked in a serious formal way which got really annoying at times, but at least he cared. After breakfast I went upstairs to find something to wear. I ended up wearing a grey hoodie that I got from Japan and dark denim jeans. If you're wondering why I have a hoodie from Japan it's because my parents travel a lot for work and sometime I go with them. After getting dressed I went downstairs, kissed my parents goodbye and caught the bus. Today was going to be the start of a wonderful year.
