The Neverson household has been filled with love, baby snuggles, doctor's appointments, and long days of recording music. The couple enjoy their everyday life with their precious two-month-old daughter who has captured their hearts, but tonight they needed a break from being home.

Last night the family of three ate dinner outside at the park, enjoying the sounds of nature and serenity.

A few weeks ago, Trey's friend Samantha and her husband Brian reached out to Demi and Trey wanting to cook dinner for the new parents.

Samantha and Trey have been good friends with Trey and eventually became friends with Demi when Demi and Trey began dating.

Tonight the Neversons took Samantha and Brian up on their offer and decided that one meal with friends was not going to hurt. Afterall, they have not seen Samantha and Brian since Demi's baby shower and the four friends have plenty of catching up to do.

"Look at my beautiful baby!" Samantha coos as she opens her front door to find Demi and Trey with baby Layla. She holds the door open for the couple, Trey lets Demi step in first. The couple remove their shoes and Demi carefully takes her baby out of her carrier.

Sam stands back in awe as the newborn makes her appearance.

"Do you want to hold her?" Demi asks as Samantha eagerly nods her head.

Samantha sits down on the chair as her husband Brian enters the room, greeting the couple before he rushes to see baby Layla.

"You two made the most beautiful baby." Samantha says to Demi and Trey, making Demi hide her face.

"Thank you." Trey happily answers as he and Demi sit down.

Samantha and Brian fall in love with Layla and embrace her. The couple is also pregnant and expecting a little boy, due in four months.

"Look at those eyes." Brian says to his wife as Layla stares at them, giving them a smile.

"She's like "who are these people? That smile is absolutely precious!"

The dinner in the kitchen is almost finished when the baby starts to cry, automatically Demi knows her baby is hungry. Brian quickly hands the baby to her mother.

"I'll be back." She says, grabbing Layla's burping cloth from her Chanel diaper bag.

"Can I come with you? I need to learn this." Samantha asks and states, fearing the question is too weird for Demi.

"Sure!"

Samantha leads them to the patio outside where it is warm, and soothing for Layla. Demi is grateful for the warm California weather even in the middle of January.

Demi takes a seat and readjusts her clothes before letting her daughter latch on to her bosom.

"Brian and I are discussing breastfeeding. He'd rather I do the bottle so the baby doesn't get used to me 24/7."

Demi nods her head and smirks. "Trey and I breastfeed and do a bottle. Trust me, you'll love having a bottle when you don't feel like pulling your shirt up at three in the morning. I pump for about an hour morning and night, and I usually make around twenty five ounces a day. I feed her about once every three to four hours."

Samantha's eyes widen at the number of times Demi pumps and feeds Layla. "Yes, they're huge milk jugs." Demi teases.

"Which do you prefer? Breastfeeding or the bottle?" She asks Demi.

"I'd say breastfeeding if I wasn't so busy. Bottles are great too, they're just a pain when they leak all over her diaper bag."

Samantha nods, taking mental notes. "How did it feel? Giving birth." She asks Demi.
