"I bet I'd beat you at a game of basketball

"I bet I'd beat you at a game of basketball. Right here, right now." I say boldly, a cocky smirk on my face. Despite my five feet appearance, I attempted to raise myself higher on my tiptoes to try and seem slightly intimidating to the taller male.

"Yeah right, baby. I don't think you'd win," Zion exclaimed, an amused smirk on his face as he peered down at me. I pouted at the retort, jutting my lower lip even more as the boy with the dreadlocks gazed into my eyes.

"Don't do that," He warned, bringing one of his hands to cover his eyes dramatically. I easily let a laugh escape me until the Canadian suddenly picked me up by the waist, slinging me over his shoulder as he rushed us inside the house.

"No, Zion! I have to beat you first!" I whined, kicking my feet lightly but not hard enough to hurt the boy.

"Nope! We're gonna' order pizza and watch some Netflix instead!" He announced, marching us up the case of stairs. I sighed, knowing that this was a battle I wouldn't win as I let myself dangle from his height.

I felt my body land on Zion's large mattress, his body crawling beside me to play as the larger spoon. He reached over to nab his phone, dialing the number of the nearest pizza parlor in the city.

Eventually, we had an opened box of pizza sprawled between our legs, our bodies leant against each other as our eyes were trained on the large screen at the front of the room. I nuzzled the side of my face against Zion's chest as he had one hand trail up and down the length of the back.

"See! This is way better than playing basketball, isn't it?" He exclaimed after some time, his eyes lowering to meet my own. I simply shrugged, sitting up a bit to take another slice of the pizza before situating myself back against the warmth of his body.

"I'm convinced you were just afraid that I'd actually beat you," I said.

"Pfft. Not at all, you shorty."

"A shorty than can forbid you from ever kissing these lips for an entire week."

Zion gasped in feigned worry, bringing his other hand to his chest.

"You wouldn't!" He said.

"Oh, I would."

I laughed loudly as Zion's arms wrapped around my waist, pulling me closer to the front of his body as his head dipped down to pepper a string of kisses along my neck.

"Your boy needs kisses," he muttered, his lips traveling to my cheek. I scrunched my nose up in response as he eventually pecked at my lips.

"Okay, okayyyy. Geez! Just admit that I'd win though."

"Whaaaaatever."
